Amazon needs some serious help. Has anyone noticed when you communicate with anyone from Amazon, they always say, I will try to help you. or Let me see if I can help you. Apparently Amazon has a whole group of un or under qualified people working there. They never came figure out how to fix the problem. One worker sends you to another, to another and so on. With each different person they pass you to, you have to start all over with informing them whats going on. When they obviously dont have a clue how to fix the problem, the worker tells me I will have to call back later. REALLY!!!!! I call and call. I chat and chat, but nothing gets done. I ordered a robotic mower with extra boundary wire. I paid for those two items too. Well, I got dog fence wire, staples and a fence wire kit. Okay, I have never had a dog in my whole life. The picture and description that I pushed on, on the Amazon web site is a heavy duty boundry wire 1500. So the first and main problem is, Amazon cant match the item to the picture. Wow, most of us learn that in elementary school. I have called and called and called. I have chatted time after time. I even went to a friend and let her try to get help getting the return taken care of, but to no success. You know, you only get a small time to return items. Its like Amazon wants to drag it out so you dont get the refund. Ohh, they sure dont mind taking the money though. Amazon isnt a business, its a lying, stealing, cheating, back stabbing group of messed up people. Yeah, that starts with you owner and CEO. So now I have a mower that I cant even use, not until, or if I get the refund back and I find the correct boundry wire. Thanks Amazon for taking my money and leaving me with a mower I cant use. Amazon discriminates against elderly and people that need simple to shop. Amazon you are a joke to business, mankind and America. Your wealth is filth!

"2-Day" Prime Delivery hardly exists anymore.Amazon has its drivers take photos of deliveries. Shortly after, you get an email from Amazon with a photo of the package on the doorstep asking how the delivery went. This email is highly misleading because if you didn't receive your package, Amazon asks why, you select the reason, and after that you are thanked for your feedback. What Amazon doesn't tell you is that you still have to call Amazon and tell them the package wasn't delivered in order to get a replacement or refund. What's the point of asking if the package didn't arrive if customers have to call ********************** anyway and tell Amazon the package didn't arrive?! If I have to call Amazon and say the package in the photo is at someone else's house, then these emails are highly misleading when they ask how the delivery went because the emails are only for Amazon's own internal use--Amazon won't contact customers after they state the package was delivered to the wrong address, Amazon just uses that email feedback for a report that has nothing to do with the customer actually getting their PAID merchandise. LAZY LAZY LAZY!

Today, I clicked on a Call back link and I received a call back from amazon.com promptly. I had two issues: 1. A seller did not respond to a product question and I was told by the amazon employee that they would be given feedback, I understand. 2. The amazon search function is dysfunctional.(I mentioned this to a person there, and they did not know what the word dysfunctional meant.) When I input a specific size of a steel rod I get many various sizes in the search results that I did not want! I could not find what I was looking for as a result and it was a waste of my time. I asked to be transferred to a manager or supervisor but the person said something to the effect that he could not. I finally disconnected the call.I requested another call back and I spoke to a man about the search issue and he did not seem to understand the issue. I asked to speak to a manger or supervisor but then he became silent. I disconnected the call. I selected a link again for a call back. I spoke to a woman about the search issue and if I'm not mistaken she also did not understand the issue. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and I was transferred to one supposedly but even she could not understand the issue! It was clear that some people could not understand English well or tended to not listen very well about the search issue. Some made statements that were clearly false. The end result is that I spoke to four people about the search issue and none resolved anything nor did they say they would provide feedback about the issue.

I ordered merchandise from Amazon and I had to return it because it was the wrong size, a platform metal bedframe, it's been a week and I have not received my refund to my bank account, I've called them and they keep saying that I have to wait 30 days for my refund. I will never order anything from them again. I don't understand why the long wait for a refund, everyone keeps lying to me. I'm on a fixed income and I need my money back.

I requested a certain color in my order. The color they sent didn't match. They had their own chart with the photo of the colors. Their chart shows two shades of purple. The dark purple and the light violet purple. I clicked on the photo of the dark purple star. Therefore Amazon didn't care to honor the color I requested and paid for. Therefore, they refused to mail me a return label by mail or by email.

Amazon has the worst customer service out there. This company will sell you used and defective products and then make you jump through hoops to get a refund or replacement item. Consistently sends wrong items, defective items and used items. With little or no way to get a refund or replacement. Many times have to wait 2 months to get a refund. I would not recommend using amazon on any business or personal level.

I ordered a cooling blanket. I left a review that it didn't keep me cool. So like a week later Amazon sent a text stating that I could get a full refund without sending the item back. I was having troubles so I called customer service and he stated yes you have to send it back. Well I had 2 different answers. I told them I will keep it but I will never shop Amazon again.

After nine months of use, my APPloki Smart lock stopped working. I contacted Amazon where the purchase was made, and was informed that "unfortunately" they can't do anything. In other words, everything you buy through them has no after-sales service or even a refund offer.
