      I HAVE CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY CELL SERVICE IN SEVERAL AREAS. I ASKED TO BE OUT OF MY CONTRACT THEY SAID SORRY. PAY OUT YOUR CONTRACT AND YOU CAN LEAVE. IT IS SAD BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY ARE THE BEST THEY ARE THE FASTEST THEY HAVE THE MOST COVERAGE. THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL THE LAST COUPLE YEARS .

      I signed up for their "free" wireless service, the guy who signed me up said I had 25 gigs of data but I could update to unlimited if I called so I did immediately. The guy who answered told me to call back in 7 days then I should be upgraded and not to worry because I had 25 gigs of data, I did that then ran out of data after 6 gigs.I called to find out why I ran out after 6 gigs and the woman who answered started yelling at me. I asked her not to yell at me as I was being calm with her, she apologized then started yelling at me again, as if I did something wrong for asking a question then she pretty much cut me off when I again asked her not to yell at me, told me to wait 4 more days and hung up on me so hard I didn't get a chance to do their after call survey.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

      ******** its just a bad company Ive been with them since ever I remember having phone. Always providing bad customer service and dont even care about customer service. Wouldnt recommend for anyone. Good luck

      On 1/15/2024 myself, my wife and my daughter visited this store to upgrade our phones. While there everything went good. A week later I logged into my tmobile account to check exactly how much my bill was going to increase monthly. While doing so I noticed that there where 2 new lines added to my account. The store manager ************************* was the employee that set up the new phones for us. ************************* was also the individual that added 2 new lines for virtual internet sim cards using my digital signature with my authorization. When I approached **** with this issue he stated that it was some kind of bundle deal. There was no bundle ever discussed. When I asked him what this so called bundle was going to do for me or how it would save me anything. He stated that it would save me anything. All he would say is that he will not openly admit to anything, but also didn't deny the fact he attempted to open these without my knowledge. FRAUD!!!!! I recommend finding a ******** corporate location instead of a authorized retailer.

      ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, INCOMPETENT, AND EGREGIOUS COMPANY! When I had an issue, all they did was tell me they've already done the best that they could do, and they told me they WOULD NOT be helping me any further! I've been told a multitude of contradictory things, and not one supervisor has done ANYTHING to assist me.

      Thieves. They stole money from me. Last July - August 2023, I requested a new line and a new phone, I got it in ************ **. The seller offered me a promotion that by purchasing a line I could have an additional number for free. For the line I used, they have charged me $10 for services each month and I didn't know what it was. For the free line that I have never used, they have charged me as if I were using it and never even activated it. I made the claim last September (2023) and they told me that they were going to refund my money, today, January 23, they never did. I called to complain and asked for a refund of the $10 for both lines and the answer was that those $10 were charged for the right to have the promotion. I also asked for a refund of what they charged me for the FREE line but they responded that since I am complaining very late, that is, a lot of time has passed and for this reason they would only refund me $100 and not the $318.14 that I paid them for his mistake. Very dissatisfied. Please note that TMobil Sprint ignored my previous complaint, from three months ago.

      Please be very careful at the ******** in *********, **. In December, my 80-year-old mother and I went in to get a wi-fi box and was told that my mom qualifies for a new phone and a $30 wi-fi box. We were supposed to get 4 lines for $100 and a $30 Wi-Fi box. Later we find out that my mom is being charged monthly for a phone which she never asked for and the Wi-Fi box was actually $50. We called customer care and was told that we had received the wrong phone, and this is why we were being charged. We were told to go back to the store to get the free phone. The assistant manager was very rude from the start when we entered the store. She reported that there was nothing she could do and that we had to call customer care. I advised that we were told to come to the store to get this straightened out. She became upset because she thought she was going on a break and now had to deal with this problem. The assistant manager berated her salesperson who had taken care of us in December. She told her that she and other employees needed to stop using promotion codes that are not current. I must mention that he salesperson who took care of us had called her manager who gave her the code to use for this deal. Unfortunately, that manager had been let go. There was also another older woman in the store who said they had done the same thing to her and she was paying for a phone she did not want! T

      Wish I could give ZERO stars! Said they were sending my new phone. That was 24 days ago! TWICE I called for the status. Two different reps said phone was sent out & I'd receive it any day now. Still, no phone. Spoke to another rep. who said they weren't sending a phone. I asked for supervisor. Waited on hold for 35 minutes then got disconnected. Called again finally got supervisor. After a long time on hold again....I spoke to a supervisor who told me that I would have to PAY for a phone. The phone that I presently have of theirs, stopped working after 2 or 3 months. It wouldn't power on, even with tech support! So, I have to PAY for another phone! This is MY fault???? They also said that this phone is no longer under warranty! Damn! The phone is only 2 or 3 months old! I've never heard of a warranty that covered such a short amount of time! I am disabled with *****, RA, and diabetes, and this was my only phone. I wonder what happens if I have an emergency? Do I CRAWL to a neighbors house??? Thanks Assurance Wireless! So much for being able to depend on your s*** phones and even shittier service!
