1 star******** is the absolutely the worst company to work with. I placed an order on March ******* I was misinformed from the Sales******. Basically now I will say lied to, he told me yes I would get cable with basic channels. NOPE one of many lies! I am now on my 19th call on hold after 24 days of all items were sent back after my refusal to **** *** scanned it and placed a note on the tracking that customer refused delivery. It was returned back to the warehouse on the 17th of March. The items went through the process and was escalated 4 times they said. I have been lied to several times right from the start. All I want is my money back of $174.12. What is the issue, the reviews I have read are all the same complaints. The last two weeks I was told me, my money would be returned. NOPE!!! Tuesday March 8th I was told by a Supervisor that my money would be in my account today, March 11th. And that she will call me on Friday the 11th still no money and no phone call. I am now talking to the 3rd ****** including a supervisor that just hung up on me. Now Im on hold with the same Bull _ _ _ _!!! Its has legally been enough time for my refund. Considering I never even touched the box. ?? What in the name of lord is going on with this so called company. Ive put a dispute with my bank. Its like my hands are tied not a thing I can do. One customer care representative told me to step back and to call back when Im ready to handle this issue. Plus, supervisor hung up on me. Still no money back! So upset so sad.Review fromJessica L

1 starWe have been dealing with an ongoing issue with T-Mobile for years now, as the problem is still not resolved. We have tried to get our credit card company to do something, tried calling customer service (after which I was put on hold for 3 hours and hung up on), and simply ignored when trying to contact the original store. When we wanted to upgrade our phones, we went into the local T-Mobile store and asked how quickly they'd be able to ship the phones to our home. The sales associate assured us that it would be very quick, that we'd get it in the next week or so. The timing was very important to us as my dad had to go out of town in a week, and our entire family was planning on switching from ******* to T-Mobile and upgrading our phones while we were at it. Feeling reassured, we decided to bite the bullet and order the phones. Thankfully, the only thing we had to pay was the activation fees for the three phones, which totaled about $100. However, when the next rolled by and we hadn't even gotten a shipping notification, we knew something was off. When we called the number they gave us, the people behind the phone told us the phones hadn't even begun to ship yet. When we went back to the store, the associates were extremely rude and told us it was our fault for believing it. At this point, we cancelled the entire order because the phones definitely weren't going to get here in time, and asked for a refund on our activation fee. This is where the problem lies. It has been a whopping 4 years since this incident, and WE STILL HAVE. NOT. GOTTEN THE REFUND. They kept insisting that the check was in the mail (it wasn't) and that it would come soon (it hasn't). Yes, it's not a significant amount of money, but it's still money that rightfully belongs to us, yet we haven't seen a cent. The original store we went to literally went out of business and STILL we haven't seen anything. Stay away from T-Mobile. They will steal your money and run.Review fromJon M

1 starI upgraded my daughters phone with a customer service rep over the phone. Placed the order, payment made, shipping address confirmed. 2/18/2024. The order was shipped the next day.On 2/20 the first attempt was made for delivery. Again 2/21 2nd attempt made. 2/22 third and final attempt made to deliver phone and internet router. After the 2nd attempt I went online to *** to change delivery date but there was a $11.99 charge which I refused to pay. My issue is this, when my address was verified, why wasn't I told a signature of someone 21 and older would be required? If I had been told, I would've had the phone sent to my job. The day of the last attempt, I moved a patient in my schedule so I could leave work early to try to catch *** and still didn't make it home in time. When I called mobile today to resolve the issue, I was told my money would be refunded within 30 days and it is suggested to go into a mobile store to buy the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I said can't you contact my local store to see if they have the phone? It's already been paid for. The response was my hands are tied. I have been with SPRINT now ******** for 22 years and this is the resolution I get? Spend more money util I get my refund. What if I am not able to do so? This is unacceptable.Review fromDebra C

1 starTerrible! Bad ***************** their modem would not work with my older computer. They gave me 14 days to return the modem within that time frame, which I did, and they would not charge me. They INSIST on charging me $50.00 because I cannot provide a 7-digit PIN. What PIN? I refuse to pay them anything. They should have asked me for my computer's make, model, and year. They would have realized that their modem would not be compatible if they had. And I would not be in this position of owing $50.00 for something that does not work.Review fromMarisha M

1 starYou can chat with a ******** representative and they can promise you anything but when you go into the store there are no records of the conversation on the account and all they say is Im sorry. I also turned in a WiFi box and they kept charging me. Only gave one star because I couldnt give no stars. They cant tract chats.Review fromAndrew I

1 starService was good while I had sprint and then noticed a few minor changes once ******** stepped in. I have since switched carriers and have paid off all remaining balances on my plan and phone so I can transfer my phone and number to my new provider. The day of the switch I was told I need to wait 72 hours for the phone to be unlocked, okay I understand that. After 5 days the phone was still locked so I needed to purchase a new one, which I wasnt expecting to do. I then called ******** again and was told its in the process and another 72 hours was needed. So I waited again and had sent the old phone to a third party for purchase in hopes it would be unlocked by the time it arrive. This all happened on 12-30-23 and is still continuing today 2-9-24. I have called several times and keep getting the run around about unlocking the phone. At this point I have been promised 3 times it would be unlocked within 72 hours, well its been nearly 50 days. I own a phone that I can do nothing with because ******** isnt unlocking the **** number and the payment contract and I have receipts showing proof of payment and all their conversations with me are recorded proving that as all. ******** is basically stealing my personal property which has no more connection to them as a company. Its making me select at least one star for a review but they deserve none for customer service
