These are the texts I sent to Auburn. Rather than retyping everything I’ll just leave it at this. Auburn, thank you for the pictures. I have some concerns. I thought the dogs would come back knowing how to do certain things that they do not know how to do. The main thing I sent them there for was not addressed during their time with you which was the barking. Rey has a sore on her leg. My dogs are barely better off than when I gave them to you. It takes them forever to sit and wait. Did you work with them all together at all? It doesn’t seem like it. I could have taken them to a few weeks of obedience class myself and they would have learned what you barely taught them. I trusted you and you failed. They don’t know how to wait nicely at the door to go out and come back in. The puppies weren’t taught to wait to eat until I tell them to. I can’t walk both puppies at the same time. You didn’t teach them that. That should have been common sense for you to teach them that. You didn’t teach them to know the commands “leave it” and “drop it”. You told me that they all now know what the word “no” means, but they don’t. And when you said you use positive reinforcement, I assumed that you would teach them to learn a command like “quiet”. Not just yell “no” at them. They don’t know how to be quiet when told. And I’m still not happy that you use the choke collar. I thought you were a better trainer than this. I expected perfect dogs to come home with me. And they’ve barely learned anything. I’m very upset. In 3 weeks (which you originally told me it would be about 15 days) you hardly taught them anything. I’m not a dog trainer. I expected them to be able to listen when I got them back. It seems you hardly spent any time with them at all. Yesterday you showed me that they can sit, wait and walk on a leash. Is that all you taught them? That’s ridiculous. I expected to get dogs back who actually know how to listen to me. They don’t. I’m very upset about this. And I didn’t know tha
