1 starDISHONEST PRACTICES. Blue Raven Solar (BRS) USES A COMPANY CALLED ******. THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY PUTS A LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY. SO I GO TO GET A HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT. SINCE THEY HAVE A LIEN ON THE PROPERTY. YOU HAVE TO PAY OFF THE 38K+ "LOAN"/LIEN BEFOREYOU CAN GET A LINE OF CREDIT, LOAN, OR WHEN YOU SALE YOUR HOUSE. IT COMES OUT OF THE EQUITY. BUT THEY TELL YOU THE LOAN GOES WITH YOU. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE AN ***************** BUT AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE PANELS EVEN. IM GETTING ALMOST DAILY CALLS FROM AN OUT OF COUNTRY CALL CENTER TRYING YO SALE ME A SYSTEM. ONCE THEY REALIZE I HAVE A SYSTEM. INSTALLED BY THEM. THEY TRY TO SALE ME MORE PANELS!!!! AND THE SYSTEM ISN'T EVEN ACTIVE TO KNOW HOW MUCH POWER IS BEING GENERATED!!!! THIS COMPANY LIES AND ARE AS UN-AMERICAN AS IT GETS. TO ACCESS ANY EQUITY IN YOUR HOME WHEN YOU NEED IT. THE PRICE OF YOUR LOAN IS GOING TO BE DENIED, DELAYED, OR WITHHELD COMPLETELY. DUE TO THE DISHONEST PRACTICES PERPETRATED BY BRS AND MOSAIC. *** PROMOTES MOSAIC AND TELLS YOU THE LOAN GOES WITH YOU. KNOWING THEY LIEN YOUR HOME. MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS YOUR EQUITY WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE ***** WHICH MEANS, TO GET A 40K LINE OF CREDIT YOU NEED. YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY AND PAY THE HIGHER RATE AND PAYMENT OF 78K TO GET THE CASH EQUITY YOU NEED TO ACCESS. BRS IS COMPLACENT IN THIS TACTIC. AND THEY PROMOTE THESE SCANDALOUS PRACTICES. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHATSOEVER. ITS NOT OK TO PUT HOMEOWNERS IN A POSITION LIKE THIS. IM STRUGGLING AS IT IS. TO DOUBLE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN SO SOME CARIBBEAN COMPANY CAN BUY ANOTHER YACHT. IM NOT SURE WHAT MY NEXT ACTION WILL BE. UNTIL I DO. I WILL MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO MAKE SURE EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF THESE SCANDILIOUS PRACTICES PERPETRATED BY BRS AND MOSAIC. A LIEN IS TO BE USED WHEN PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECIEVED. 1 starThis is an ******* company to deal with. Had our panels installed November 2024 6 month later and our system is still not running. ******** services ghosts me every time I call. I had this system installed under the impression that it would be a 103% offset of my usage and it has been several months and still the system doesnt even put a dent in my bill. 1 starPoor communication and have holes in the wall and ceiling. Been dealing with corporate for 4 months and can not get anyone out to help. I Would not recommend Blue Raven. We were told 2 months up and running from install! now going on 4 months and still nit running!Review fromCharles Z

1 starThe referral program has now become scam. They dont pay the referral bonus stipulated on their website. I have not been paid for my referral even though the installation was completed more than a month ago. I will not recommend referring anyone to Blue Raven anymoreReview fromMichael E

Solar Panels are efficient when the sun is shining. With that being said they work good in full sun. My install was delayed for almost 6 months due to no laborers in *****. Their instructions were easy to follow. Once installed I had to wait on the inspection. They were installed in October. I am looking forward to how they will do in the summer. No issues yet, other than a lot of cloudy days.

After telling 3 gentleman that came to our door we were not interested, we received text messages the next morning, cussing at us and being very passive aggressive about us turning down their services. Now my husband is receiving 2-5 phone calls from Blue Raven daily trying to sell him their solar panels. We have asked numerous times to be removed from the call list and to stop contacting us, and still daily he is receiving call after call.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

Their door to door sales people keep coming to my home knocking when I have a no soliciting sign, I keep asking them to stop coming by, their sales team keeps calling me trying to get me to buy solar. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their calling list, I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. I have filled a complaint against them. I am tired of getting calls several times a week. I run a small business and answer every call that comes in as I am not sure if it is a prospect calling. It is a time burner and I am tired of it. STOP CALLING ME!!Blue Raven Solar, LLC

We have had our solar panels for about a year now. It was working great (once they got them running), but one day the power went out in town and it messed with our solar panels. Now they wont work and we cant get someone to come work on them because they have no one in the area. So we are paying twice the amount monthly for our power bill, because we are still paying off the panels. My main question is why does a power outage in town cause such a mess with my solar panels? Shouldnt it not be affected? That was one of the reasons we got them in the first place. ****. So after 3 weeks of them not working we might have to find a third party repair company. More financial stress and hassle for us when our next baby is due any day. I wish it was a better experience. Hopefully we can work it out and have a better experience from here on out, because when they were working it was such a blessing especially with the increases from our power company this year.Blue Raven Solar, LLC
