      Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are a rip off and a bunch of liars. I still had same problem after initial treatment and called them on it. They said we will send someone out to fix it no charge was told. It's written on their guarantee on website. That's dishonest. They came out and charged me again when I complained they said we won't refund but next service will be free. You got it next service which wasn't even done I was charged the guy didn't even come in the house sat in his truck then told my wife he sprayed around outside. They are a ripoff and a vey dishonest company with zero morals.

      Total Scam!! Charged me hundreds of dollars for a contract that was not fulfill. Sales Rep came to my house and promised services that was were not done. Do NOT fall for their charm and lies when they come and know on your door.

      They do not provide the service. The service men that have come to my home have lied about providing service all but one. I have been trying to cancel the service and every person I talk to has a different reason why it cannot be cancelled. They are trying to get the contract to roll over so I have to keep paying them. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay these prices. Especially since they dont provide the service. Their customer service people all have different versions of cancellation fees and it all seems to me to be a wicked scheme to take advantage of people. I keep my gate to the back of my house locked for security reasons. They say they have serviced my outside perimeter and they cannot even get in the gate. Neither have they called and asked the gate be opened for them. I am just so sorry I got caught in their net. It should not be so hard to cancel a contract. I have one month left and I was willing to pay that in advance without them doing any service. If I pay the full amount of the contract why cannot I cancel it. Then they said I would still have to pay a cancellation fee or have to wait till June to cancel even though I have paid the contract out. They want it to roll over and then say I should have called on a certain date to cancel. This is so devilish, don't get caught in this net!

      This is not a company you want to give your money to. They have the worst customer service. They make an appointment and don't show up or bother to call. There are other pest control companies in south florida. Pick another one, not this one. Don't do business with terminix.

      2nd time I've tried to give terminix a chance, and again I don't know why I did. Pay attention to your bank account and the emails they send. You'll get a bill than it will say you won't be charge until day of service but, yet I've already been charge.

      I had Terminix do a home inspection for termites 4/14/2020 and then had the OnGuard termite inspection system installed around the perimeter of the property. I renewed for another year 4/23/2021 after the first but decided not to renew for a 3rd year as was unhappy about rebaiting the canisters the 2nd year. I was not aware of any autopay but the 3rd year they automatically billed me 4/14/2022 after I had declined to renew for a 3rd. I called Terminix and they scheduled to have the canisters removed Friday the 29th of April 2022, which no one showed and going online it shows they rescheduled for Sat the 30th of April 2022. I have called 4-22-2022, 5-1-2022, and 5/3/2022 to express my complaint and find out when someone would be here to remove the canisters. Supposedly, they won't reimburse money until after the canisters are removed which now is supposed to happen 5-13-2022. Very unhappy and tired of paying interest on money that is mine while this company is having use of.

      DO NOT use the CHATTANOOGA Terminix Pest Control company. It has been close to THREE months since we contracted with Terminix for pest control work. Needless to say, we have NOT heard from them yet. Along with this review I will be cancelling the loan we took out to have the work done. They are very unprofessional and have acted unconscienably toward us who are long standing members experiencing problems with them in the past. That relationship has been irrevocably severed effective immediately.

      They never showed up for appointment. Called office she said she would leave a message for them to call me. No one did in an hour so I called again, got same response, they would leave a message. It's 2 days later and I have not heard from them. I had a squirrel in my house and couldn't wait. Called someone else the first night when I had an appointment. These folks responded promptly within an hour and situation was resolved. Would not try to use Terminix again. Poor customer service, no response from technician.
