      I called terminix because I had ants in my new house. ****** came out on 3/23/2022 and sprayed the inside of my house. I agreed to a yearly service contract with $99 down and $26 a month through direct withdrawl from my bank account. I then showed him 2 windowsills and he said he saw termite droppings and he would call his office and have someone come out. The next day I received a call telling me the treatment for the 2 windows would be $400. A tech came to my house on 3/31/2022 and looked at the windowsills, poked gently at them with a screwdriver and inserted some foam. The foam immediately seeped out all over the ***** and glass which he wiped with a cloth and left. It took less than 10 minutes. Two weeks later I had ants all over my counters again and termite residue all over the 2 windows that were "treated" I then had hundreds of termite wings all over my house and wingless termites writhing on my counters and furniture. ****** came back and resprayed on April 26 and a new tech came back on April 27 to retreat the 2 windows for the termites. Two days later I saw ants again and still had termites. I was now seeing residue in different places around the house. I then come to find out that my house was supposed to be inspected and a treatment plan and price given. It was not. For some reason the termites were being referred to as a secondary repair. I called terminix 6-7 times requesting a supervisor call me to find out what happened> the terminix website clearly states that an inspection should be done. When I call to complain, I kept being told they would come out to retreat> Retreat what? The 2 windowsills seem to be better but now the termites seem to be spreading throughout my house. I cancelled the ant contract because I still have them. How much poison can you spray into my living environment? It is obviously not working. No inspection and no choice to say no. Just a $400 **** for nothing

      On April 5, 2022, I purchase annual services from Terminix for $247.84. I was told it was a quarterly price and that they will come out as often as needed to treat during that quarter. Terminix did an initial treatment in shortly after April 5, 2022 on my rental property at: ***************************************************. My tenants informed me shortly after that they were still having problems after the initial treatment with rats. On April 28, my tenants had scheduled Terminix to come out to treat the unit for rats. On morning of April 28, I received a call from the technical that was scheduled to go out. He called me and told me that there's nothing they can do to treat rat in a -- because there are several units in the same building. I told him that that's not what I was told when I paid for the service. I gave him my tenant number to call. Shortly after, my tenant called scared because the technician took her that there was not treatment for rats. My tenants requested to terminate the lease after the call with Terminix technician. I called several time to report the issue, each time, I was told that I would receive a call back from management, today is Monday 2 business days later, and I still have not receive a call from Terminix. I would like a "full" refund of $247.84 and cancellation of any future services. If Terminix could not handle the issue, they should have never charged me - this should have been told to me upfront and I would have search for another company.

      Thank you for forwarding the concerns of ***************** to Terminix International so that we may address any issue in a prompt manner. It is my goal, as well as Terminix, to resolve all issues with our customers in an expedient manner. Please be advised that I have attempted to contact the customer to discuss her concerns and she has yet to return my call.

      On April 29, our technician had the stop on his schedule. He called me and asked me what he could do and I instructed him to place the traps where the customer wanted them placed. Six traps were placed for rodents at the customer's request.

      I have cancelled ********************* account and submitted a refund request in the amount of $247.89 to return to the original form of payment. The customer should allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please let me know if there are any additional questions or concerns.

      I accept the refund... However, the response from ***********************, Service Manager, P: ************,
      E: *********************************** is incorrect. I actually spoke with him and told him that I had a refund.

      Also, If **************** really wanted to create a better customer service experience, why did I have to file a BBB Complaint to get a response from him. I call several times and requested a call back from management on the issue and never received a call back.

      I am not sure why **************** will falsify his information on the response. However, I guess it should be expected from management that refuse to call a customer back regarding a complaint. My main complaint is not only refunding and closing the account. MY OTHER ISSUE: is the rudeness of the technician when he talked to me, then called my tenant and advised them that he could not do anything. I received a call from my tenant -- requesting to terminate the lease based on the conversation with the technician. The communication to my tenant should have never happen.

      I scheduled an appointment for a pest inspection, the appointment was confirmed, and they did not show up. I called at the conclusion of the provided arrival window and was told that the manager cancelled the inspection appointment. I was not informed of the cancellation, but instead received a confirmation of the appointment an hour before the scheduled arrival time.

      In October of 2021, a Terminix inspector came to my residence because I had a severe rat problem. The Inspector stated that I would need a Rat Exclusion on the roof. The Inspector also noted that the rats were entering through the roof. The Rat Exclusion was completed on October 20, 2021, but the rats were not leaving. I contacted Terminix regarding having a Rat problem after the Exclusion. As a result, I had two companies inspect the situation I was paying Terminix to resolve, which never happened. I no longer wanted Teminix to provide services anymore, and I told Terminix this in December and January. I submitted an email to M.Hang on February 24, 2022, proving that the rats were not entering through the roof. I then received an email from Terminix canceling the Exclusion. However, Terminix will not stop charging me for the canceled Exclusion, and now it is bordering on harassment.I reached out to Arrow Exterminators on January 13, 2022, to help me end my Rat infestation, and that was when it was discovered that the Rat exclusion should have occurred on the patio. Terminix and its technicians, products, and services did not eradicate my rat problem.

      Terminix was to complete the removal of racoons from my attic, this job was only to take two weeks, two months later and Several phone calls they finally came and removed the traps one of the traps was behind my chimney covering a hole. It had not rain before they started, later it rained they finally complete the job taking there time closing the hole behind the chimney to months t later, My alarm system was damaged doing on 2-26-22 I have called the company for the last 2 months to come out and repair the damages ,but I only get promises that the repairs will be done on the next day, each time no one shows up after receiving a call from the repair shop tell me they will be out each time between 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. never showing up. Have call *********************** the inspector and Several other supervisors with in the company all set up dates to come out to complete and repair the system that was damaged by the company, no one shows up for none of the scheduled times, each month that pass I am paying for a service that is off line because of Terminix, the total charges are $ ******* but there job is not complete, To me they are taking my money each month and there job is not complete and as I call each week I only get lies each day saying we will be out to fix it. They are stealing my money ' I will never use this company again are recommended to anyone, poor customer service. If court is needed I will be a part of this if I can't get this resolved $******* is a lot of money for fauce promises. There phone number is ************

It is my goal, as well as Terminix, to resolve all issues with our customers in an expedient manner. Please be advised that I was unable to establish contact with ****** on 5/10/2022 or 5/11/2022. When trying to reach the customer, I could only get a busy signal and could not leave a voice message. Branch Manager *********************** sent an email as well and has yet to receive a response. A last attempt to contact the customer was made on 5/14/2022. I was able to leave a voice message, but I have not heard back.

      We are more than happy to attempt to get this resolved with the customer, but the customer will need to return our call to discuss.

      A rat entered my home in October 2021. I called Terminex and they verified the presence of the rat I had already seen myself. They told me it was not one rat, but hundreds and that they could not help me without a contract. The agent told me that they would come out anytime I needed them to check a trap or remove a rat. They set traps all over my house and put unsightly black goop in several places, even gluing my stove to the floor. When I heard a trap a few days later and called the service agent, he told me they were authorized to come out only every 2 weeks. I got rid of all my furniture and my next door neighbor came over every day to set her own traps in my house and check them. After a month, the ONE rat was caught in a trap my neighbor set and SHE AND HER SON removed it. I still have ugly black goop all over the house and have not heard a word from Terminex about checking for the remaining HUNDREDS of rats they told me were in residence in order to get me to sign the contract. Terminex did not provide the service promised and have abandoned any service. Since they did not manage their end of the contract, I wish to terminate any obligation to pay the remainder balance on this contract.

      Thank you for taking the time to notify us of *************************** unsatisfactory experience with Terminix. We have taken every action possible to make sure that her problem is rectified, and the best possible solution is provided for her inconvenience. Please be advised that after visiting the customer's home on 5/12/22 and inspecting her premises, I have agreed to remove the remaining balance of $180, due to the following reasons:

      1) Customer called tech to return due to live rodent interior of home. Tech response was "I can only come out every two weeks. (Not our policy to make customers wait)

      2) Customer showed me areas of home where tech excluded entry points on interior of home that were not completed in a professional manner. (Excluder foaming on carpet, tile entry way and along side stove. (Photos taken for evidence).

      I will be addressing the removal of balance on Monday 5/16/22 when I return from Vacation.

      I called and inquired about the services spoke to the person pacifically stated what my problem was what I was having trouble with and recommended the plan that I signed up for service tech came out sprayed did the routine first initial visit showed them the problem then within a 30 day period called them out here two more times and the problem hasn't got any better it is a brand new house no other bugs but spiders now that I'm requesting for the service to be canceled it is it being explained to me that it's a process and could take a long process I feel like that's just to get more money out of you what they did or what they treated with did not have any affect on anything and I want some of my money refunded because the service didn't do what it said it was going to do so I'm supposed to pay for something that had no affect on anything called customer service very very rude she disconnected the call told me there was nobody above her to talk to you
