      Trugreen trespassed on my property without permission. I do not have a relationship of any sort with them. They sprayed my lawn with pesticides and weed killer, destroying 3 years work of cultivation of clover and other pollinator attractants, as well as killing said pollinators. No call I have made has resulted in anything but denial of responsibility.

      TruGreen corporate and local office spoke with Ms. ********* this week. TruGreen apologized for her property being treated in error and for the lack of follow up from her calls to customer service. We understand her concern with the clover and pollinator attractants in the lawn, and it is never our intention for someone to feel as though we are avoiding assisting with their concerns. TruGreen and Ms. ********* agreed to a check of $500 being issued for the damage to her clover and time she has spent working on growing the clover in her yard. Ms. ********* should expect to receive the check within 2 weeks, and TruGreen corporate will be reaching out to her in 2 weeks to confirm it has been received. Thank you.

      April 2025 we cancelled out service from TruGreen because of poor service/treatments. After that, a TruGreen driver stopped by... said he'd spray our lawn for half price... We told him we had no contract with his company and not to bother. He said he would do it anyway. We allowed him to spray the front lawn. I called them today at ************** and talked to a *** who called himself *******. He said we cannot just stop their service. He kept challenging my demands to have no further contact with us. He said we were obligated to continue their service. I advised him if his company and/or staff enters my property after this call, I would call the ******************************** and have them trespassed immediately. He became defensive and argued with me. I advised him to not enter my property again. He kept talking and wouldn't let me get much of a word in after that. At that point, I hung up the phone.

      TruGreen spoke with Mrs. ******** on 4/16/25 and apologized for her experience with TruGreen. TruGreen explained the continuous service policy to Mrs. ******** and confirmed that the service was cancelled on 4/15/25 as requested. Mrs. ******** advised that she did give the specialist on 3/14/25 approval to complete the service. Mrs. ******** was advised that a prepay letter with the 2025 pricing was sent in November 2024 and we received their prepay check on 11/27/24 for the 2025 season. Mrs. ******** did not have recollection of receiving the prepay letter or sending in her prepayment. Mrs. ******** advised that they are not interested in continuing the service, so TruGreen confirmed that a refund for the prepayment less the 3/14/25 service will be mailed back to her via check within 7-10 business days. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I cancelled my service last year. True green showed up this year and treated my lawn with fertilizer after my landscaper already did this. I never authorized the service and now I am receiving collection calls after being told by the company it was taken care of. I requested to be put on the Do not call list and to send me verification. I will never utilize Truegreen for anything in the future as a result.

      TruGreen attempted to reach Mr. ***** today, 4/16/25, via phone and email. TruGreen apologizes that Mr. ***** received an unexpected application in March **************************************************** November 2024. TruGreen has cancelled the account effective immediately, and the invoice for the 3/11/25 service has been credited. TruGreen has provided this information in writing to Mr. ***** via email and has also provided proof as requested that he has been added to TruGreen's do not contact portal. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I cancelled services with TruGreen before they provided any services to me. They wanted me to prepay so I did. I read reviews and became nervous they were not a great company to work with. I cancelled and was told my refund was processing and would take 3-5 days. After 3-5 days I did not see a refund. I called again and was told sorry its going to take 3-5 more days. After that I did not see a refund so I called again and was told it take 7-10 days and would be no longer than the next Tuesday. I called on Tuesday when the refund was not in there. I contacted them again and they told me the refund was actually never processed and they would enter it in today. Now it is going to take another 7-10 days for the refund to go through. They just keep telling me its coming and coming but never does. I want my money back immediately.

      TruGreen reached out to Mr. ******** via phone and email on 4/16/25 to discuss his BBB complaint. TruGreen apologizes for the delay in the refund being issued. TruGreen issued the refund of $725.45 back to the customer's original method of payment on 4/15/25. TruGreen's billing department sent an email on 4/15/25 as well confirming that the refund was issued. TruGreen has advised that it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear on his end. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      Hi, I have been a TruGreen customer for last 10 plus years. Last year, I spent 308 USD for my lawn fertilization, weed control and grub control. I received in mail a quotation of $444.00 for the whole season. After several phone calls I still ended up paying significantly higher amount relative to what I paid last year i.e., $354.00. This is 46 dollars more than last year. I requested that I could pay close to $320. However, I was always given a scripted answer that hinted something like "take it or leave it". Please help in this matter

      TruGreen spoke with Mr. ****** 4/15/25 and apologized for the billing concerns he is experiencing. TruGreen explained that the base price is subject to price increase each year based on product and industry cost increases, and any discounts added/negotiated each year will fall off at the end of that current season. TruGreen agreed to add an addition discount bringing his prepay down to $320 to meet in the middle, and a refund has been submitted for $35.48. Mr. ****** should expect to receive the refund within 5-7 business days back to his original method of payment. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      **** ****** stopped by and said Trugreen was working on a neighbors yard. He sold me mosquito spraying after reassuring me that the product they use ******* does not harm bees and is non toxic. He seemed like a very nice man. After he left (it took 45 minutes to sign me up btw), I looked up ******* and it WILL kill bees even after it is dry. "highly toxic to bees if they are exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. The active ingredient is bifenthrin, is a non-selective insecticide, meaning it can harm various insect, including bees."A. They should not be lying to customers.B. I've texted **** and called the company about 6 times and can not reach anyone! I finally reached a woman today who said (in a very strong accent) "it won't harm bees" and when I read the above to her - the line went dead. I've wasted 2-3 hours on this so far. I'm not sure if they are a 100% scam or an actual company? I tried the CHAT option on the site and it does not work. I tried the ****** US' option on the site but it also does not work. May be a fake website??If they are an actual company - that's a nice trick to get your CC and then not allow you to cancel.

      I contacted this company for a price to treat my yard. I decided against using the business and told them I went another direction. They continue to call my phone over and over and harass me. After the 5th consecutive call, I asked the telemarketer to remove me from their list that I was not proceeding with them, the calls did not stop. They have continued for 5 days straight with at least 6 calls a day. I answer most and politely tell them I am not interested and ignore the rest. I dont know how to get them to stop. I block every number they call from yet they continue to get through. I am on a do not call list and would like this to stop immediately.

      I called in to inquire about a new service and was considering signing up. The following business day while at work I received 5 calls in 3 hours. On the last call, the man I spoke with became hostile when I said I was no longer interested in the service and told me that he was trying to get me a better price, then when I said I would call back if interested he hung up on me after huffing and puffing. Unprofessional. Scary to think a company has employees like that and basically is allowed to stalk customers.

      TruGreen states they performed a **** and shrub application in February on the 8th where it looked like the person was in the front yard for about 2 minutes. I complained and said they did not get the entire property and were sent back out. I believe they sent the same person again on the 10th or 18th. On approximately March 4th (unable to confirm because they have removed all records from my view) they were supposedly there to perform a lawn service. My cameras do not show them on or around the property, let alone going into the back yard. On 4/4/25, Lawn Doctor, a new service came to the property to evaluate as a new customer. They left their information for me and TruGreen was able to see the square footage issued by Lawn Doctor on their evaluation. It reads 8160 sq ft which is a ***** difference between TruGreen's approximate 13k that they built their contract on. I am bombarded with calls all the time with them attempting to collect $87 for a service that was half done where a more expensive service was never completed at all, and where they misquoted the size of the lawn (inflating the size of the lawn). *** The property card states the entire property (LAND AND BUILDINGS) is .29 acre. *** An acre is ***** sq/ft. Unsure how they got 13k(approximate) in footage when that's larger than the property itself. They continue to call and I just want them to go away at this point and leave me alone.

      We have entered a credit on the customer's account and are waiting for it to process (it should process within the next 24 hours.)  I have also entered the customers information into our internal do not contact system, as well as updated out accounts receivable team that we are no longer trying to collect this balance, and it will be credited/removed.  TruGreen considers this matter to be closed at this time.

      I because a tureen customer in may 2924. Tureen has killed my grass several times. I have constantly complained over the last 12 ones about service or lack thereof. Most recently a tech poured chemicals on my grass and killed large portions of my grass.

      TruGreen called and left a voicemail for Mr. ******* 4/9/25 and 4/10/25 with no response. TruGreen also sent an email on 4/10/25. Our records indicate that our General Manager did a property visit on 4/1/25. He noticed a different color granule fertilizer had been applied which was not the color of our granule fertilizer. Mr. ******* did admit to our General Manager that he applied a round of granule fertilizer directly after our last treatment on 3/10/25. Our General Manager took pictures as well as a brought sample of the different color granule fertilizer back to the branch to compare it to our granule fertilizer. He advised Mr. ******* that the heavily applied fertilizer stressed the lawn. Our General Manager feels confident that the stressed foliar will grow out. TruGreen is denying refunding Mr. ******* $500.00 for our products and or services did not cause the damage to Mr. ********* lawn. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.
