I had previously had Guardian for about 13 years. During that time I paid about $8000 in fees. About 2 years ago I had 2 cameras installed which I paid for. I did not realize that in doing so I was signing for an additional 5 year contract. At that point I had NO contract with them. Now I have moved because at *********** to be closer to my children. However, once you sign with this company you owe them regardless of whether you move or not. You can not get out of this contract. The only was is if the new tenant decided to use their services something that I will not ever recommend. So I owe them an additional $3000 for no reason. Even tho I explained to **** on the phone at that this was bad business to lose a good customer who already paid them 8K! By doing this, I will never use them in my new ******** addition, they refused to negotiate a lower amount. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this company which is really a shame. Greed has gotten in the way of common sense here.Guardian Protection

Hi *********,Im sorry that you feel frustrated with this situation. We take your concerns seriously because your satisfaction is important to us. We have waived service fees for you in the past, and in late 2022 provided you with a 49% discount on a camera purchase and installation in exchange for your 5-year agreement extension. In addition to the initial installation of equipment and the more recent camera installation, Guardian has also provided 24-hour a day monitoring of your system by the trained specialists at our UL-certified monitoring centers which includes alarm signal monitoring and notification to first responders on your behalf when emergency situations arise, based on protocols that you have established with us. These services were formalized through a contract signed by you and Guardian. The agreement serves to protect both you and Guardian by defining services to be provided, rates, terms and obligations. The contract also identifies all conditions such as an early termination fee that may apply if you wish to cancel prior to the end of the initial contract period. Guardian has put several options in place to assist our customers who move, including the opportunity to relocate services to a new residence when possible, waiving of the balance of our customers current agreement term if the new owner of their former home subscribes to monitoring services with Guardian, and lastly, the payment of an Early Termination Fee which we understand you would like to avoid if possible. Our loyalty liaison has reviewed your account and has asked us to let you know that if you relocate service to your new home, the billing for service at your previous home will cease as soon as new services are activated at your new home. Ive had Guardian for 6 years now and have always been satisfied. Recently, we had a small incident and burnt our dinner (it happens to the best of us) and set off our fire alarm. Guardians monitoring service team reached out to ensure everything was okay and then went above and beyond to order us a pizza to be delivered to our house because dinner wasnt edible. To say the least, we are extremely happy with Guardian and their customer service is excellent. Thank you to *** *., one of their monitoring specialist, for not only making sure we were okay and everything was good at home but for making our evening a great one. I will for sure be staying with Guardian for life.Guardian Protection

We hired Guardian to install our security system at our **************, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales *** did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the ** and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience.Guardian Protection

We have had Guardian Protection for 7 years. We love it! Today we just upgraded to cameras and are so happy with the additions! The man who installed was so friendly and worked hard even in the cold weather.I really appreciate all of the added protection!Guardian Protection

5 stars ordering new security equipment Did not try to up sell me or waste my time Great job! He even had me perform speed tests where my outside cameras would be installed - I had time to get WiFi extenders before my install date Today 11/27 ****** C arrived at 8 am to install all equipment He first asked the right questions to develop a plan ****** C Is EXCELLENT and super friendly He explained all of the system settings and toured me around my house to familiarize me with the new devices. He patiently explained the interactivity between the wall panels and iPhone app I highly recommend Guardian Security Protection and appreciate the excellent care the Team members shared with me.Guardian Protection

The customer service people didn't mention anything about the early termination penalty. 3 months later, when I wanted to cancel the service, they charged me *****. It is insane since it is a new house with all guardian protection already, it is 0 cost for them to start or stop the service.Guardian Protection
