    I made an appointment as a new customer with one of their specials being offered. Today I get a call from a non professional person quoting a higher price and not the price with the special. I said the price quoted does not include the special and it should be in the notes when I made the appointment. She replied very arrogant it's not and I need the promo code. I asked her if she could at least look at the promo codes abd she would know the one for the free hallway cleaning would be the special. She flat out refused, so I said this is very bad customer service with a new person trying your company, I will seek other cleaning companies. She said fine and disconnected the call. The owner of this company needs to know this is very horrible service provided, and the customer service people answering the phone in this manner will chase away business. I will advise my physician that referred me that it is not as a nice company as he suggested and the 2 other people I referred for carpet cleaning to seek other companies because the customer service people are rude and not professional and they do not honor their specials or put them in the notes or work with the customer at all. Horrible and chased away 3 new customers.*****************************
