Zerorez van backed over my retaining wall on High Street Pittsburgh - destroying it (and disabling their van that had to be towed), I called Zerorez and asked to speak with the manager. I left several messages for Mike, who the Zerorez receptionist told me was the manager. He has not called me back. A police report was filed. Photos of damage are available. There were several witnesses. Repair cost is several thousand dollars.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After receiving a request from Michael R******** at Zerorez to obtain three written estimates for the repair, I emailed Mr. R******** twice requesting the name of the Zerorez insurance company so that I could file a claim. Mr. R******** responded to my second email saying that he would discuss my request with his operations manager.  I have yet to receive the name of his insurance company.
