    Absolute trash. Went the gymtv route and a friend said they went into the gummy ad was supposed to be on and never saw it, I filed a charge back and then they came after me with a collections agency, biggest waste of 3k ever. They are scam artist and absolute trash!

    Zoom Media Connect/***** takes advertiser feedback seriously as we're always trying to improve. We have a dedicated client services team available working to ensure that any customer concerns are addressed right away. In this instance, it's understandable that the client did not see his advertising campaign as the broadcast ended in late October of 2024. His comments are dated, November 18th. The ad campaign played back per the agreement and was shown ****** on the network during the 12-month advertising campaign. Additionally, the advertiser received in excess of ******* delivered mobile impressions as part of the campaign. This portion of the advertising package was met and ended in March of 2024. Despite receiving monthly reports showing the status of the mobile campaign the advertiser did not contact us with any feedback, questions or concerns during the entire advertising year. The only communication from the advertiser was his reply to the proof on 9/22/23 stating that the proof "looked good." We would be happy to address any questions or concerns in which the advertiser may have and to discuss any outstanding balance. Our client services team can be reached at ************

    Huge Promises - No Leads! This Gym TV ad is a complete waste of money. Less than 0.001 of those who see the ad will interact with your link, and I never got a single lead out of the entire year!!! This is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen! RUN AWAY.

    Over promised and under delivered. I regret giving them a single *****. Lied about expectations to make the sale, I would recommend to never advertise with them.
