    Hello To Whom this May Concern, This company was suppose supply me with TV ads within 45 days (produced and featured) of a signed agreement on 02/20/24 in which they failed to deliver on time by 04/05/24. I then asked for a refund and instructed my bank to stop/return payment is which they were successful. Zoom media has now sent me to a collection agency stating I owe them $2400.00. In which I have provided them the proof that the ads were not displayed on time nor when they were running were they being advertised as in the agreement. At no time has the business contacted me directly, and they have only contacted me through third party collectors. I have attempted to contact their headquarter but never received a return phone call. How do I stop this company from negatively impacting my business credit score?

    Dear BBB & Mr. ******,

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention.  Upon researching the account, there was an advertising proof sent to Mr. ****** on April 2, 2024 which was approved by the advertiser on April 9, 2024.  At this time the campaign was immediately scheduled, the response to the proof did come after the 45 day mark but this was due to the advertisers delayed reply.  While it was discovered that the screen broadcasting the network had a formatting issue that was immediately corrected, time would've been credited to make up for the aspect ratio that was off.  In review of the Advertising Agreement, GymTV was in complete compliance and delivering the playback as promised.

    We apologize for any misunderstanding of the terms of the agreement that Mr. ****** may have. GymTV has cancelled the ad agreement with Mr. ****** and has cancelled the account with our accounts receivable team.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Although I do not agree with the companies handling of the situation and non-communication up to this point. They did say they were canceling the ads and accounts receivable, accounts. If this confirms a full refund and no charge I’m satisfied with the outcome of this complaint.
