To: Whom it concerns, I am writing to let you know, I live at ** ***** ******, *** * ********** ** ***** at Taylor Park apartments. I been a resident here for 3 years and the past year I have been suffering and tormented by a mice infestation. Three tenants in the building have moved out and I am right behind them. I am a single mom who cannot afford to move due to price increases everywhere which leaves me stuck in poverty conditions I am not use too. I am forced to move because I can no longer live in these toxic health concerning conditions for myself or my 3 kids. The complaints I put in with the office staff here at Taylor Park apartments are not address and when address its weeks or months later. The office manager takes her time to address any situation, with no compassion or concern because she does not live on the property, and I know she thanks God daily for bettering her life and moving her out of this poverty. They take weeks to respond and address any situation you submit as a complaint or maintaneous request. I have been treated unfair since living on the property. I have mouse dropping all over my furnishing including our beds how sad, toxic and needs to be reported to the health department. Christine G****** who is the office manager gives everyone who complain about the situation a hard time. The maintaneous staff comes in to fix things weeks or months later when you forget you even made a request, they say horrible things about the two women who works in the office. I had a hanging broke mirror hanging off the wall for about a month before they made an attempt to move it, that was a lawsuit waiting to happen. I cannot sleep, I am afraid to sleep and cook, mice running across the stove while I am cooking. Mice turds everywhere, I have an exceptionally clean apartment and the maintenance staff and office manager told me I keep a clean well decorated apartment. All the tenants been complaining, and 4 families has moved out.

These are the problems that we experienced and we just moved in on 5/16: We moved in and nobody knew the process- if the storage key was the same as the door key, where to get the mail key, we still have not even received the storage key (and only received the mail key because that comes from USPS or if it was this property management we still would not have that key either), we had to call 6 times before getting a response that storage was not ready yet (they are terrible at follow up); the work completed in between renters is horrid (water stains and damage that is just painted over, doors that are rusting at the bottom causing rust stains in the carpet) including painting the tub with regular paint so now paint chips constantly come off every time we try to give our son a bath or us take showers and we cannot even give our son a bath because he is just covered in paint chips from sitting in a tub where they keep coming up; dishwasher that doesn’t drain even though we are paying for a semi-upgraded unit and this “amenity” does not even work properly; and just today in trying to do wash, the apartment is now covered two inches in water.

I moved in in August of 2021. When I moved in was told that it was a Year Lease. I called in in March of 2022 and spoke with Pebbles, because I received a notification of lease renewal. I called in and asked two questions regarding my lease. I specifically stated that I am very busy with work and do not have time to review my lease for my answers. I asked if I decided to stay / or not stay when will I have to give my notice. I was Told June 14th, 2022 is the date I would need to let them know. I called this past weekend on Sunday 5/15/2022 to ask a question regarding parking for my daughter who is currently just staying her for her work location. Received advice regarding that from Sarah. Then started the conversation of me possibly moving. And was told that I had to have given notice 60 days and that should have been given on April 14th. I questioned this because I know what I was told in March. Also was then told that my lease was up on June 14, 2022. Not what I was told at signing. I own not looking, but when you are busy, moving, and working I am relaying on the office staff and office manager to inform me of the correct dates. When I spoke with Sarah on Sunday she stated that I had until June 13th, to resign my lease if I choose to stay. She also informed me if I choose to leave then I would be responsible for the rent if the place is not rented during my lease time. Or if it is I will be responsible for any remaining balance if it was. I received a Call from the horrible and terrible office manager Pebbles telling me that me lease auto renewed and it was in my Portal. I looked on the rent cafe portal and the original lease is all I see. I called the corporate office in King of Prussia to complain about the misguided information and they send me back to Pebbles for the same Manager to call me back. Why? When my concern originated with her. I can pay if I decide to leave. But why am I being punished when I called in looking for answers to avoid this problem.
