    BUYER BEWARE.... Run, don't walk from these guys! Terrible communication / terrible customer service / price was nearly $400 more than quoted. Delivery was (5) days late! CASH ONLY business. This should tell you something..... You've been warned!

    ZERO STARS!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It was such a nightmare trying to get a hold of them. The driver wasn't terrible with communication but the office and accounting folks as well as the LOGISTICS team/person, was awful. Management was awful. They were terrible at communicating and didn't take accountability for anything. I told them I needed my car delivered by 10Sep2023 because my flight and my work week was going to be dependent on the arrival of my vehicle. I called them to ask when they would come to pick up my car and they said the driver would come that same day, 05Sep2023. So i dropped everything and started packing what i needed into my car to have it ready within the hour so i didn't miss the driver. I call the driver and they said they would pick up in the evening. I ended up not getting my car picked up until three days later and they passed me along to three different drivers. I explained i absolutely needed my car delivered by 10Sep2023 and they assured me it would. my quote even said 10Sep2023 for delivery. They didn't end up delivering my car until five days later and on top of that, they didn't answer any of my phone calls, emails, or texts. I was in the dark about where my car is and when i was going to receive it. I sent an email letting them know that i'll need to get a rental for two days to get to my work meetings which was a bit further away since i've been taking a Lyft to and from my office. Still no response. I told them the rental is going to have to be reimbursed from their company and still no response. finally. they call me the day of delivery to tell me there's nothing they can do and that no discount or reimbursement will be made for my rental or lyft. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

    Oh what can I say about this Mickey Mouse company the worst company ever hired by the worst broker American auto shipping I hired to transport my vehicle no smooth easy process just frustration headache damage your vehicle lie about delivery dates keep changing delivery date. i finally received my vehicle with damage and scratches they do not respond to your calls, emails, text messages or voice messages bunch of fraudulent wayback rude nonsense customer service dispatch team so DO NOT HIRE THEM or you will regret it after like I did I transported my other 2 vehicle by another company and delivered in 6 days no damage always sent me tracking info up on request Mercury auto transport best broker they will hire good company to transport your vehicle not STARWAY. STARWAy delivered my car in 11 days had it sitting in their yard for 5 days they are bunch of lying fraud peoples be aware from them. Choose anyone not STARWAY!! -0 stars I have to click one star to post the review but -0 stars ??

    DON’T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNETHICAL On 6/27/2023, Starway Logistics LLC picked up our car in New Jersey to transport it to California. On 7/4/2023, we contacted the broker (Xpress Auto Logistics) and were informed the car would be delivered on 7/4/2023. On July 4th, we waited all day and the car never arrived. On 7/4/2023, Xpress Auto Logistics dispatchers told us repeatedly that the driver of the car carrier (Starway Logistics) would contact us with updates regarding what time the car would be delivered on 7/4/2023. Starway Logistcs nor the driver provided any specific updates regarding the status of the delivery for the car. On 7/6/2023, the driver of the car carrier informed us that the car was in Tennessee and would be delivered on Saturday, 7/8/2023. On 7/8/2023, we were informed by the driver that our car would not be delivered on 7/8/2023, and would be delivered on Sunday, 7/9/2023, at 9:00pm. On 7/9/2023, at approximately 1pm, we were informed by the driver that our vehicle would not be delivered to California until 7/10/2023. The car was subsequently delivered on 7/10/2023, at approximately 7:30pm. The driver informed us that the car was picked up on 6/27/2023 from New Jersey and stored in a lot located in Pennsylvania until 7/5/2023, when he started the process of transporting the car to California, although the car was contracted to be delivered on 7/4/2023, to California. Starway Logistics LLC. was deceptive and not transparent regarding the transportation of the car. The delivery of the car was (6) days late and Starway Logistics did not provide us with factual information regarding the status of the delivery. I would not recommend Starway Logistics LLC., they are not reliable and are deceptive and not transparent.

    My experience was 100% perfect. SoCal to VA. George was the driver. He communicated effectively and accurately for pick up and delivery. Delivery was incredibly prompt. Starway was contracted through 1Flate-Rate, Julius Misa. Also 5 star IMO. Everyone did exactly what they said they would do. That is why my experience was perfect.

    Horrible customer service and communication. They are not good business people and are NOT to be trusted. Thank God my vehicle made it safely and I am grateful to God alone. The driver was irate when I asked simple questions and he threatened me multiple times about dropping my car off to storage. They kept pushing the time of pick up back and then pushed the delivery time back and has multiple excuses of why. When I asked for an update the driver yelled and was very upset, said he’s not going to call every customer and explain why he’s late. This is NOT how you do business. I will NEVER again use this company nor recommend it to anyone at all!! I have to find a way to call their insurance because there are scratches on my vehicle no matter if it’s minor there are multiple long scratches and scratches on the side view mirror as well which is deep. I am thankful my car made it in one piece and I haven’t had the chance to unpack because my house isn’t ready so I couldn’t even say if anything is stolen. I wouldn’t put it past them. Do NOT use this service if you value your sanity. They are not reputable. They did tell me people were paid to do bad reviews and I mistakenly believed them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Do your research folks and if you’re in a rush like I was remember it’s not that serious; you have time to research and make decision that’s right for you. Again I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even if I hated them!! Oh and I give them ZERO stars but I can’t post unless I put 1. 1 star will suffice with the fact I received my vehicle in one piece two days after the fact.

    Worst experience I have ever had. I had permission through the broker to put some personal items in the truck. The driver said it was ok. After the truck left I received a call from Starway and they said it would be an additional $700 because of the personal items. When I complained they said I would be treated as a difficult customer and my truck will be put in storage until I pay the extra money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    WORST EVER! Not BBB accredited says it all!! Prior to filing this complaint, two emails and 4 phone calls were made with no response. On May 20, picked up our car at Starway Logistic (USDOT 2349082 /MC 804031) located at East M-Y Lane in Morrisville, PA. Waited 1 ½ hours for the car to be relocated to the lot where we were. Likely the driver who transported the car to us was aware that something was seriously wrong with the car but never told us. Almost immediately after getting behind the wheel, I felt that something was wrong with the steering. As I tried to change lanes, the car spun out of control doing a 360 degree spin in busy traffic. Miraculousl,y, no other car struck me. Police responded and assisted in getting the car off the highway where we contacted a tow company who took it to a repair shop. The mechanic who repaired the car stated that the rear lateral arms were bent. When we told him the car was transported by a car carrier, he automatically surmised that the car was erroneously tied down by the lateral arms which bent as the car traveled north. There is no doubt that the driver who drove the car from one lot to the other where we were waiting had to realize that something was seriously wrong with the steering. Regrettably, he chose to remain silent thus gravely endangering my life. Our out of pocket expense for repairs totals $875. The contract called for the car to be delivered to our home in NY, but we were forced to drive 2 ½ hours to PA. Although I would like to receive reimbursement for my out-of-pocket expense, my goal is to report Starway Logistic and perhaps prevent a similar situation where the outcome could be much more serious. This is a corrupt company who refuses to accept responsibility, and they should be held accountable.

    Never ever use this company for auto transporting! We originally contracted with Montway Autotransport who we later found out were brokers. They got us Starway Logistics which is a horrible, deceiving car transporter. They lied about the pickup and delivery and when we finally got the car items were stolen!! Montway says it’s not our problem and Starway won’t explain anything. Besides the fact we checked our odometer before the car was picked up and when it finally arrived there was 175 miles added! How do you explain that if the car was transported on a truck!!!
