      The owner of this company was completely rude and unprofessional from the moment we reached out via email. He sent us an invoice after he completed 2 fire escape inspections and demanded that they be paid upon receipt. This was news to us, as **** never had a vendor conduct business this way and demand a $5,000 invoice be due upon receipt. He continued to berate me and my company, and was completely unprofessional with his responses. Not to mention we feel that his charges were outrageous for the work completed. Please do yourself a favor, save some money and take your business elsewhere.

      Caveat emptor. This gentleman is no gentleman.I hired a different structural engineer to inspect my home. My neighbors suggested that I reach out to **** as he had done an inspection for them and was helpful in recommending reputable contractors to do the work.I reached out to him via his website, advised that I didn't believe that I needed another structural inspection, but asked if he could recommend any reputable contractors for the job.You can read the reply chain below and come to your own conclusions, but I feel that this man is completely unprofessional and no one should have to put up with his idiocy. Trust that I will never contact him again.****'s first response "ask the engineer that you hired in the first place im quite sure your paying 10's of thousands of un-necessary repairs following his recommendations smarten up!!"My response "Are you serious? The X's suggested that I reach out to you because you were so helpful to them. Is this response something that you'd want posted on Yelp or any other review site? I'm sorry if you had a bad day, but it doesn't take any extra effort to be kind rather than unkind. Thank you anyway."****'s second response "dont contact me or threaten me again looking for free services you got a lot of nerve typical liberal democrat"

      Wow! this guy was a class act, I am a black business owner I came across **** on Google, he cancelled our first appointment came out the next day. He was nice in the beginning, then when we discussed payment he was very demanding for cash. I told him that I did not carry cash on me. I offered to pay his fee via cash app he did not accept that. He told me cash, check or credit card with a $15.00 fee. I told him That I am not going to pay a Fee for using a credit card, so I offered to drop the payment off to his office he did not accept that... I was told cash right now sir! Very demanding. I told him don't worry I have the money he said "I have been burned before". I told him I did not appreciate his comment. This man became very ignorant. I said "I have plenty of money to pay you" he responds "the ones that say they have money are the who usually don't" excuse me!! This man was very rude and arrogant. Extremely unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!
