      We hired Gary to provide drawings for a deck. He told us, pay me 500 now and 500 when the permit is in your hand. He set the first sketch. When I asked a follow up question he starting getting very mean, telling me he doesn't have time to explain anything, I a problem client, I'm not an engineer and should get over it. Because the drawing was missing railings on the deck and had extra railing where they were not needed. Then told me he was blocking me and sent me a a bill for the other 500, which was due when the final drawings were completed and we had a permit. Now he is threatening to send us to collections even though he sent the bill 2 days ago. We wrote a bad review on ****** about him and **** *******. **** ******* is investigating, but made us pay h outside their site. Now because of the bad review he is threatening to sue me for liable. I can provide all communications to back this up.
