  Window Depot was very thorough and went the extra mile for me. I had a wall removed to makes my shower bigger. I knew from the onset that I would be responsible for finishing any dry wall work that needed finishing outside the walls of the actual shower. However, when the installer came to install the shower doors, he had a suggestion to add finishing strips of the same material as the shower walls to edges of both walls of the shower. These strips of material gave the shower a very finished looked. It was the perfect solution and saved me the trouble of trying to refinish seams in the dry wall. I was very pleased with the end result. It is very beautiful and functionally it is 300% better than my old shower.

  Window Depot replaced 10 windows in my home. The salesman was respectful of my time. He explained the costs and added discounts we qualified for. The installers were efficient and polite. They cleaned up after installation. I could not be happier with my new windows!

  We love our new front door! It reflects solid craftsmanship and will provide a secure and beautiful entrance for years to come. Our house is old, so we were concerned about installation ;however, the expert installers from Window Depot made it fit perfectly.

  First off, the sales man (we won't mention any names) he was a nice guy, personable and sat down and talked about what we were looking for Black french door and 2 black xl windows (replacing 3 sliders) got it all quoted out and throws in a " it's cheaper if you go with us now before I leave" kinda pitch.He shows us what the black door will look like and then shows us what the black windows would look like and prints it out. (almost 3 months later) I'm in another room to stay out of their way and just went to take a peek. Whatt? The door is black and the XL windows are white. We stop Installation and I call the salesman. No answer, text him, no answer 7 times and not 1 response. I talk to the **************** and they said, "yeah it does say black on our paperwork because we even have the black flashing" They kindly call "their boss" and I talk to him to see what's going on. He tells me the contract says white windows, but ours was Black and they only go by theirs. The salesman typed white in there. I'm then informed there was no way I would have gotten black for the price we did. ($15,000) they install them anyway until they can figure something out. a few days later we got a call saying they can get black windows but they won't be the same quality but still good windows. We discussed it and agreed as long as they were good. Jump ahead to aprox 1.5 more months and the 2nd set of windows were installed. these so called "good windows" every time we closed the door the grids rattled. (It wont let me post the video) back on the phone we got!! At this point we should have just got our attorney involved! We talked it over ONCE AGAIN and we're told a 3rd set can be made with bumpers so it won't do that, ' They must have forgotten the bumpers". At this point what choice do we have? A while later we get our 3rd set. From purchase date to 3rd set of install it was a total of 140 days. The same **** window with 2 bumpers something you put on cabinets so they don't slam

  We used Window Depot for replacement windows throughout the entire home including the front picture window and sliding window in the kitchen. The installers did a perfect job and the windows are beautiful. We decided to get a walk in shower this year and didn't think twice to use Window Depot and again they did not disappoint. Just a class act company. I used the Youngstown location

  We had Window Depot replace all the windows in our home about 5 years ago, and were very pleased with the product and the whole process. So when we decided to replace our patio doors, we called them first. The salesman, *** ****** was knowledgeable and thoroughly covered all of the options, working within our budget. From the measuring man to the two man installation team, they always are polite, professional, knowledgeable. They come prepared with everything needed to remove the old, haul it away, adjust the opening as needed, and install the new doors. They also clean up when they are done! We highly recommend ************* and they also now offer replacement bathroom fixtures!

  Window Depot delivered everything they said they would! Our new walk in shower is just what we wanted. They completed in two days and left everything cleaned up. The installers Matt and Jesse were awesome. They were very professional and careful moving around our 100 year old home. Thank you Window Depot!
