    I hired Premier to do a major face lift on my home exterior knew siding, gutters, windows and doors, and new roofs over the front and back porches. I was told they could finish everything in around a months and a half. Eight months later I was still waiting on them to finish up. The job was poorly done and after calling repeatedly to have some shoddily work redone I finally called someone else to fix it. Some of the problems: there were weeks that went by when they only spent half a day working on my house even though I was told my job was a priority. When they sank the footer for the new rear porch roof they hit the sewer line. They broke both gates in the back fence and would only own up to one. They hooked up the cable line to the siding causing a hole between the siding and the house and birds got into the walls. They didn't put enough brackets on the gutters causing them to sag. They replaced the trim around the front door with cheap 1x2s instead of trim. The trim around the columns on the porch was poorly done and is coming down already. Some of these issues, like the sewer problem, were resolved by reducing my bill. Others I finally gave up on getting resolved and calling someone else to fix them.

    We hired Premier Home Exterior to give our tired old 1930's wood-sided garage a facelift. We asked for doors, windows, siding and gutters. The job is complete and we are amazed at the transformation! Matt provided good communication and was extremely responsive to our requests, down to the smallest detail. His crews were also excellent. They all cleaned up along the way and were very respectful to our property. I would use them again and highly recommend their company to anyone in need of home exterior work.
