    Purchased new windows and doors the fall of 2022 Sept. All was good except for the rear storm door. Installers scratched the paint while installing. They tried to paint the scratch but that wasn't acceptable. They had the *** out to look at another problem which was resolved. The *** was sending a replacement door. This was since September of 2022. The salesman has made several excuses about the replacement. The last conversation was He had to order a new replacement and it would be about 2 weeks for it to come in. That phone conversation was on Sept. 5th. 2023. I just need the door replaced a.s.a.p. The contractor was paid in full with the understanding by both the contractor and myself the problem was going to be resolved to our satisfaction

    This is to have a complaint that was closed to reopen. Complaint #********. Regarding replacement stormdoor that was damaged by employee during install. Sales person Matt. Guaranteed the door would be in Dec. 18th 2023. He would call me to schedule an install date. That didn't happen. I am considering filing a a suit for replacement of the door and to have another Company to do the Install. Finish the job; Hire another contractor to supply and install the door.

    I am very sorry Mr ********* feels this way. This is a warranty issue and just have to replace the slab of a storm door. The door did come scratched and had to re-order. I did tell the customer the door would be in around 18 of December. It ended up being delivered on the 21st. We would have been out right away if we just had to replace the slab under the warranty which would’ve been only an hour to two of work. Mr ********* does want extra work to be done, which will make the work a full day for our installers. With the timeframe being around Christmas and the holidays we were very short staffed and did not have any availability? I thought we had the conversation about this and apologize for any miscommunication. We are scheduled to go out there on Wednesday January 17th. to replace the slab and do the extra work Mr ********* wants us to do. Again, I apologize about the inconvenience, But we take pride in the work that we do.
