    Purchased the DC real estate salesperson product. Identified a number of material errors in the course that not only affect the accuracy and clarity of info provided to customers but could also be impactful to someone passing the course. Sent an email complaint to customer service and didn't hear back for a long period/about a month to only be told basically I should buy another product if I didn't like CompuCram, which I did; the ** Shop has a far superior DC real estate salesperson test prep. The CompuCram errors I described to their rep were never denied or acknowledged as fixes in the making, rep tried to act like she couldn't see the errors though her communication made it clear that she could with no issue. Major purchase regret and no trust in the CompuCram brand--especially since their errors are apparently the customer's fault and problem. If ********* cares to know further details they can reach out to me.
