    SHUT DOWN THIS SITE FOR FRAUD! They make false claims regarding their success/pass rate + their content is not only incomplete/insufficient, but also INCORRECT!!! In addition, the test questions are riddled with grammatical and spelling errors proving that no one has taken the time to read through them. Finally, they SAY that they offer money back if you fail, but the stipulation is you need to take their exam on the site and pass 3 times with 80% or more in order to get your money back...problem is, you will be studying ALL OF THE WRONG INFORMATION!! DO NOT RELY ON COMPUCRAM TO PASS ANY EXAM. MORE LIKE COMPUSCAM!!!

    The student purchased our CompuCram Exam Prep product 1/23/2024. The student called our Customer Support Team on 1/24/2024 and spoke with a representative. During that call, he noted that he had purchased the state-only portion of the CompuCram Exam Prep because he was preparing to take the state portion of the CT licensing exam. He cited several complaints regarding the Exam Prep course; stating he noticed spelling/grammar errors, felt some of the wording in the course was poor, etc. The student also noted that he had contacted the CT Department of Consumer Protection, and they sent him additional material related to the state exam to study. According to the student, the information they sent him was not covered in our Exam Prep course/simulated exams. 
     
    The student called our Customer Support Department again later the same day on 1/24/2024 and requested a refund.

    Each representative the student spoke with documented his concerns. Their supervisor opened a ticket with our Product/Curriculum Team that same day, to investigate the student’s claims and identify any errors. The student provided 2 examples of spelling/grammatical errors. Our Curriculum Team did identify the errors and made immediate updates to the questions. The Curriculum Team also reviewed the current candidate bulletin for the CT RE Broker Licensing Exam and the outline categories included in the bulletin align with the categories we cover in the state-only portion of our program. Without knowing what material the student was sent by the CT Department Of Consumer Protection, our Curriculum Team was unable to do any further comparison/content review. If the student would like to share more detail/information regarding the specific content he says our program did not include, we would be happy to have our Curriculum Team do a further review. 
     
    It is our goal to support our students on their journey to achieving their career goals and to provide them with quality service and a quality product. We work to ensure the quality of our content through periodic curriculum reviews but in this instance, there were errors that were missed. We do appreciate the student bringing those errors to our attention. Our Exam Prep product was developed to provide our students with an all-in-one exam prep solution, and we have consistently received positive feedback from our students on the additional preparation it provided them. We are sorry that the student did not have the same experience. 

    We provided a full refund to the student of $41.40 on 1/26/2024. 

    We appreciate the student’s business, and we again sincerely apologize that our product did not meet his expectations. We wish him the best of luck in successfully passing the state license exam.

     just because they reimbursed me a small amount of money, they did not solve the problem at large.  They were asking me to re-do their curriculum on the phone, which is their job.  I've attached 2 sheets of the actual questions for the exam, which are based off of pages of legal jargon that they did not cover despite their claims.  I wasted an immense amount of time studying their incorrect information and luckily realized this prior to it being too late.  Their spelling/grammatical mistakes were some of the most pathetic mistakes I've ever seen which blatantly displays a lack of care and oversight regarding their business and customers well being.  They tout an 86% pass rate which cannot be true. Other buyers need to be aware of this as they should avoid this company at all costs.

    On January 31st, Colibri’s Product Manager for Real Estate Qualifying Education products called the student.  During the call, she relayed Colibri’s regret that his experience had been poor and told him she wanted to gather more information about the errors and misinformation he had described in his complaint and during conversions with Customer Support staff so that the product team could make any/all needed corrections and improvements to the course. She asked the student to provide more details about the information he had been given by the CT Dept. Of Consumer Protection and how it differed from our content.  The student reiterated his earlier feedback regarding spelling errors and grammatical mistakes, and he said that many answers were wrong, but the only concrete example he shared was regarding a question about the number of CT commission members. When asked for more examples and about the information from the CT agency, the student told the Product Manager that he was unwilling to provide any more detailed information about missing topics, incorrect answers, or other mistakes unless Colibri would compensate him for the time.  Several times, he told her that he should be compensated for the time he had already lost due to Colibri’s product.   

    The Product Manager told the student that Colibri had an assigned team to correct all of the typos and grammatical errors, and that they would also perform a detailed review of the content.  She thanked the student for his time and told him that she would relay his comments to the staff.  She offered to give him her contact information for follow-up, but he said he did not want or need it unless he was going to be compensated.     

    As stated previously, Colibri strives to support our students on their journey to achieving their career goals. Our Exam Prep product was developed to provide our students with an all-in-one exam prep solution, and we have consistently received positive feedback from our students on the additional preparation it provided them. We regret that the student did not have the same experience. We provided a full refund to him of $41.40 on 1/26/2024.  We appreciate the student’s business and feedback, and we wish him the best in his real estate career.

    Very simple. I took the exam so I know from first hand experience that their content is 100% insufficient for passing the exam.  The material is not nearly enough and it doesn't cover the correct topics.  Also, there were many more mistakes than just the ones I provided, but I'm not going to edit their content for them...that's their job and that is what people pay them money for.  Easiest way to determine, have them study their material and then take the CT Brokerage Exam (State Portion).  Not rocket science!

    I have emailed compucram multiple times with no response. I request a refund because I am not satisfied with the material and failed my rel exam 2 weeks with in my purchase. They have a refund guarantee if you are not satisfied with in 2 weeks. I want my money back.

    I purchased compucram for national home inspections based off reviews/ratings back on 7/11/22. It didnt take me long after starting it to notice major issues with the curriculum. There are several different sections to home inspections, I got through about half of them before realizing there were major discrepancies between what compucram has marked as "correct answers" and what the actual NHIE curriculum is teaching. I contacted customer support about this via email, to which they actually responded within 24 hrs, they apologized and ask me to provide pictures of which questions were incorrect on their site and proof that they were wrong based off NHIE materials, I obliged. They responded yet again apologizing and said they would get it fixed but made no mention of how long. No reset of my 6 month timeline, no partial refund, nothing. Just an apology for having me study incorrect material for a national exam and then correcting it for them. Fast forward a week, I go to sign in to the website and its stating the password is wrong, even though i have it on autofill and have never changed it. I email a reset link to myself and get logged back in. ALL of my "progress" was deleted/reset like i had never looked at anything. Again, I email customer support letting them know what has happened. I receive a response saying that i have 2 accts (attached to the same email) and to make sure im on the right one. Im logged in using the email that is allegedly on both accounts yet can only see the one that shows like i havent ever been on the site. I check my acct info, it says i purchased the program on 7/22/22 and that it now expires on 1/7/23, which is not possible because its a 6 month program and thats 5.5 months. I respond back with that information, telling them I never purchased a 2nd package. The response, "nevertheless, you have 2 accts, anything else i can do for you?" Didnt help me at all, then they went radio silent wouldnt respond to email/call center doesnt work.
