      I placed an order of 60 different cookie baskets on December 2nd for a total of $3500 to be all delivered on December 19th, just in time for Christmas. What I ordered looked beautiful and had a nice variety of cookies with different frostings and pieces. They were in stock when I placed the order. Cheryl’s ran out of stock and decided to do nothing at all. Nobody contacted me to ask if I want to replace the order with something else or anything. Let me also mention that nothing of what I ordered initially was sent. They replaced my orders of cookies with boring cookie red and green replacements. (Yes, I asked the people that actually received them to send me pictures). Our order did not go in time, what was sent was NOT what I ordered and instead were sent boring cookies. Of course, there is still no assurance the last 45 pieces of the order were even sent.

      I've attempted to reach Cheryl's all morning. I received a gift basket of assorted prepackaged baked goods- that included the cookies. They are terrible! Very stale!! Icing has a vinegar taste I was on the phone 25 minutes trying to get issue resolved. I could not understand either assistants broken English. This was part of a gift. I do not have a tracking number very unhappy!!

      For the second time in two weeks I have spent time trying to correct errors made by Cheryls Cookies. This was a wonderful company to do business with before they were purchased. CUSTOMER SERVICE ties but has difficulty getting the job done correctly and has not offered any compensation for the amount of work on my part. I am now awaiting over $75.00 in credit because of their errors VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

      We received a package from Cheryl Cookies with no acknowledgment of who sent the cookies. Called customer service and was told they could not tell me whom the cookies was from, some of the items were unrecognizable due them melting, cookies looked store bought, package tacky in looks, very dissatisfied. This is a company I will never order from and this was a gift. Just be careful when buying food items online, appearance can be deceiving,

      Very frustrated with Cheryls Cookies product and customer NON service. I have paid to have a celebrations membership which entitles me to free shipping I have to call them each time because they always add on shipping fees.I receive the my self an order what I received was NOT what I ordered.. I was told that what I ordered was not available and they substituted this box of what I can only assume were leftover stale cookies! They made this substitute without informing me. It makes me very suspicious of all the gift orders I have sent out this year thru Cheryls Cookies. What did my family and friends receive?? As I am sure they would not tell me if the cookies came stale and broken .. or would know if the box they received were substitutions . Oversees customer service is not very efficient.. I think the only thing they know to say is I am sorry this had happened and then offer you more cookies.. but not what was ordered because it is not available even though this item is shown on their website clearly a Bait and Switch .. I think to rid their warehouse of stale products.They offered a $10.00 coupon which is what they send in every box .. so it is a worthless offer to appear that they are making an effort. Then to add injury to insult when confirming all of this with an e- Mail .. the oversees rep drops the call and no call back !This is one of the worst customer service experiences for a ********************** doing big business but has no real accountability for their customers or products. My advice choose another company with an honored reputation to use as gifts.

      We have checked customer's account and Passport is active and has been applied on the majority of their orders. As a reminder the customer must sign in using their email address or the Passport benefit will not be applied at checkout. We apologize that we did not have the exact product the customer ordered and substitution of the same item was sent with double the amount of the same cookies that was ordered. We are sorry we did not have the tin available. We do not offer a $10 coupon in every box of cookies however this customer was given a full refund and offered a $10 savings pass in addtion for not receiving the exact product as ordered. We apologize that the agent did not return the call as they should have and a separate email is being sent to the customer with confirmation of the refund and the savings pass information.

      Non-stop spam pop-*** on my computer. They must be doing something to thwart the Chrome pop-up blocker, because the blocker doesn't work. I called customer service and asked them to stop sending pop-*** and the representative couldn't help me. I get several pop-*** a week, and the only way to get rid of them is to open the whole web page and then close it. Very annoying.
