      I ordered a box of sugar free cookies on 3/15/25. The earliest (?) delivery date I could get was 4/7/25. I didnt like the date, but since weve gotten these before when they were on time I thought it would be ok. The delivery date given was 4/9-4/10/25. I thought that was strange since we live 90 minutes away. Today is 4/11/25 and we are no closer to having them. The last location of the box was in a different state, further away from us. Cheryls no-customer service **** said not to worry - itll be here today. Ha! Thats a joke! This is our last order from them!

      Placed and order and paid outrageous price for shipping only for the order to not show up. Cheryl's Cookies **************** response was to ship out new ones. Why? They didn't arrive in time for the celebration, so what good are they now? They would not refund my money and send new cookies. They would rather collect your money and make a claim for more money to ***** and then not actually get the product to the customer. Seems pretty fraudulent and a total scam of their customers. I will never use them again or buy from any of their other sister companies because they would all be the same.

      I placed three orders of large cookie with a pint of ice cream. All three came with all the dry ice gone and the ice cream melted. I spent about 2 hours (!) between a chat and phone call trying to straighten this out. At the moment 3 new deliveries have been made - one was fine, one the ice cream was soft, dry ice gone and one is unknown since no one was readily available to pick it up. Now I have spent another hour on chat and still not satisfied. Although customer service people are polite not much has been accomplished. If Cheryl's can't deliver ice cream correctly, they shouldn't be offering it. I have been a long time customer but am truly reconsidering where I will order from in the future. Cheryl's - fix your ice cream delivery AND fix your customer service department. **************** takes much to long and accomplished little.

      I should have read reviews previous to ordering 12/10. They give me an arrival date of January 3rd even though they are supposed to be Christmas cookies for a Military Man in ******. Now after Christmas they are offering 60% off, I guess if your Christmas (key word) cookies don't arrive until after Christmas you should get that offer too. When You look at the tracking it shows Label made, not in system. Hummm I'm guessing they won't arrive on Jan 3rd either? I also read another review stating they wouldn't deliver to an APO. They didn't tell me this.I also texted customer service a couple times and the 2nd time they left and didn't come back. I just wanted some answers as the tracking makes me wonder if it's even been shipped yet. I have no idea what the cookies taste like, they better be good for all the time I've put into this order thus far.

      My first order took 11 days to get here. I paid $23 shipping thinking they would be here by 12/13. I called and they did refund the shipping. I waited a few more days for my order to get here and called again. They gave me a replacement order on 12/17. That order still has not arrived. I appreciate the refund and the replacement order but the shipping is ridiculous. It only takes 4 hours to drive the distance but almost 2 weeks to ship. The first order the cookies did not seem as fresh as they should have been.

      We subscribe yearly on auto pay for the deliveries we order. We ordered 5 sets of cookies on Dec. 17 from Cheryl's Cookies to be sent to 5 separate families. Orders were scheduled to arrive 20th - 22nd. No further communications from company. On Dec. 24 I contacted the website through their "live chat". Very rude and no information given. Only questioning me and 4 separate disconnects from the chat. On the 5th try and a very rude chat conversation I requested to speak to a supervisor and was given a 1800 # for another customer service (Flowers) and disconnected. Called the number and of course just another customer service person. to summarize the rest of the story - info was that ***** had the products at the hub only 40 minutes from the addresses and would be delivered "tomorrow". Nothing but lies!!! It is now 2:15 pm Dec. 25 - still no deliveries!! I am cancelling my shipping subscription (auto pay yearly) - totally useless.

      Cheryl's has ruined Christmas yet again! My items were to be delivered between 12/21-12/23. My items are now scheduled to arrive on 12/26, after the guaranteed delivery date. In an emergency pinch and against better judgement, I placed another order that said as long as I ordered within x-hours, it would arrive on 12/24 for a flat rate. That item is now scheduled to arrive on 12/27, well after Christmas. I will never use Cheryl's again and I will highly recommend everyone I know avoid them!

      The gift I wanted to order was unavailable. I called and spoke to a representative. She told me about a "similar" item which I didn't want. She told me the item I wanted #****** would be available for delivery on 1/2/25. She also told me she would charge me $4.00 for shipping which would give me free shipping for a year (all my gifts are done so I didn't want that but hey for $4.00?). The confirmation email comes to me with the wrong item and a charge of $19.99 for the passport which I didn't authorize. Two strikes. I'm done with them. I ordered 2 items for friends this year but I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN. I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO. AND THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT. I SPECIFICALLY REPEATED EVERYTHING (THE CORRECT PRODUCT # AND THE $4.00 shipping for what?). Finished.....NO MORE. They shot themselves in the foot. GOOD BYE CHERYL'S.

      Terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again I placed an order and paid extra shipping to have it arrive yesterday so that it would be here in time for a gift for a group of people. It never came. When I called customer service I was informed a refund was not happening because my order was already processed. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. The customer service representative was rude and said no she was handling my issue. In the end I was forced to settle for refunded shipping AND that my cookies will arrive in 5 to 7 days, which tells me they were never even shipped. Don't offer expedited shipping if you can't actually provide it. Now I'm stuck with 40 cookies I won't need(if they ever get here). Never again.

      Ordered Christmas cookies on 12/7/2024 for delivery between 12/19/2024 and 12/20/2024. Contacted them morning of 12/20/2024 as my order hadnt shipped yet. They said that the items I ordered were no longer available. I got a full refund and will never order from Cheryls again.
