Not worth the trouble. Pay the extra money to have it done right. Avoid at all costs!Things start out good and go straight downhill from there. There will be no return visits!!! You will be ghosted once they have the money.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Deposit was made in May 2024. My wife text and asked if the pool could be done by the 4th of July 2024, he said yes. It is September 9th 2024 and our pool is still INCOMPLETE! I keep asking when he is going to finish the product, apparently he wants the final payment before he is willing to come back and finish the job. Final payment was agreed that it will be paid after the job is complete. I asked for an itemized list of where the phase 1 and phase 2 money has gone. After about 4 days, I got a generic screenshot from an iPhone notepad with random amounts. Not to mention. He asked for the phase 2 money before he even started work. The inground pool sticks out of the ground about 12 inches. We didn't want a partially inground pool, we wanted an in ground pool. Now we have to pay extra money to make it look intentionally placed so high. Our fence contract has been signed and pushed back so many times, and we will have to really prepare the yard. They spilled stone 10 feet away from the concrete. Its a complete mess! I wish I can upload photos, its terrible! This has been a terrible experience, they stole the summer from my kids.

Kevin and his company are a ****. They will take your money and not deliver services as promised, DO NOT HIRE THEM! Read other reviews, I am one of many who have fallen victim. On or around June 18, 2022 I entered into an agreement with Kevin Wiley of Wileys Wet and Wild Pools to replace my inground pool liner. Before that we had conversations of what needed to be done, pricing, timeline, etc. I sent him a down payment via zelle and that is when the problems really began. Not only was the project consistently delayed, he had to come back and re-measure for the pool dimensions. It was when he came back with his helper, they were both high/drunk that I realized him and his company were a mistake. I soon asked if I could cancel with a refund, he stated I could via text message of which I have records. I was never given back my deposit, even after several follow ups and have never heard back or seen Kevin since August/September 2022 until I performed another review on 1/26/2023. He then finally contacted me by text message with an arrogant remark. I am pursuing legal action against him and his company.

Ok these guys did amazing work. I usually dont get into all the reviewing business however let me tell you a story that ends with us saving a lot. Kevin is a local pool guy and he had come out to give me a bid on a pool. I decided against it he was $2500 higher than the guy I found on Facebook. This was last June at my rental in Amherst. As the guy I hired started my price went from $14,432 to nearly $20,000 and when he was done we were mad at cost but just happy to have a pool. On July 4th weekend with the whole family in the pool and friends the wall colapsed and ruined our weekend. S I called Wileys and their team who I choose not to use still came out and helped me get my pool back together and showed me how the other company cut corners. I highly suggest these guys!

Horrible seriously worst experience ever!! This guy's contracts are just online make sure you download it also he won't give itemized prices. Always get it in writing and don't pay until you have everything he promised to come back with my light and pool cover. Nope! Won't even answer the phone or texts. Going back to the contract... he tried to change the items I already signed off on and paid for. He tired to delete stuff but like I said I downloaded it. Contract says 2 to 3 weeks for complete pool hahah it took 3 months they kept leaving to do "emergency" jobs technically its still not done I don't have the rest of my stuff!! And they left my yard a mess rocks from the back fill still there he promised to pick it up but he failed there also. The excavator hit my roof did a little damage he thought I wouldn't notice called him out on it still never fixed it. He went and got the cheapest equipment to hook up so my bad I didn't get it itemized with the name and descriptions/prices. My railing bracket set crooked in the cement so he put all his big butt weight on it bending it... he never replaced it like he said. Also left my pool dirty from some of cement falling in from the deck poor. He tried to explain to me how to work the equipment but that was the blind leading the blind he is clueless. Left wrinkles in the liner. When installing the light he coiled the line in ground so the light fixture was stuck so I would of had to drain the pool to change it in the future lucky for me they were able to dig it up it wasn't under the cement deck but the light fixture leaks he doesn't even know how to fix it just left it. Sometimes he would say they were coming I'd call off work waiting for them and they wouldn't show for days very annoying!!! I'm sure there's way more that went wrong I just can't remember eveything it was the worst experience I ever dealt with when hiring someone.. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!

Kevin and his team changed our 20 x 40 in ground pool liner. They were professional and did everything they said, even followed up after completion. We’re very happy and felt this was a good experience and will recommend the company.

AVOID!! He quoted $3400 to install a 24x52 above ground pool ( we already had the kit) and the spot was already there from the old pool. He was suppose to dig 4 inches deeper, match the pool to deck, install and level the pool, back fill around the pool and move the dirt pile, install the above ground pool fence. What a disaster!!!! 1st attempt, He dug the hole about 3 ft wider than needed for the pool, didn't remove the landscaping rocks as agreed, after the install it was about 3 to 4 inches uneven and there was a huge gap between the pool and the deck. I contacted him and he was to come fix it but his equipment broke and he would be here on Monday. I had a trip to Texas planned so he came while i was gone to fix and was to add shock. 2nd attempt, Well, he set up a holding tank, drained the pool, pryed the side up and leveled the pool with rocks AND the pool is still 2 to 3 inches uneven, it wasnt back filled, the pool still has a gap between the deck and for the huge pile of dirt we paid for him to move he "pushed" it down the entire side property which now looks like a dirt bike trial with rocks the pool fence never installed. And he never added the shock because the water level was to low to circulate the pump. It has now sat for a week without chemicals because of the uneven pool He left the hose on the water ran all night and turned the yard into a muddy mess. I message him about 11pm when I returned home about this job and canceled the fence install and and asked for a refund his message back was "Bahahaha" and "I was being unreasonable in the middle of the night." I had to hire another company to come fix the pool and yard. The multiple pool companies I spoke to said they have been swamped fixing his work all summer and some jobs he didn't even show up after the down payment.

I also have pictures of the pool 3 to 4 inches off after the so called correction. Which you waited until I was in Texas to attempt to fix this mess. So not I had to pay another company's bill of 3,000 plus the new liner needed, plus pool fence never installed. All I asked was to make it right and was laughed at.
