I hired Wiley’s in September 2021 for install my inground pool first thing this year in April. He told me mine would be the first pool and it would only take 1-2 weeks. They did t show up to start excavating until April 21. The excavating company worked for 2 days and then quit coming for 2 weeks. ***** ended up having to get another company and told me the first company didn’t do it correctly. Because the excavation was not done right, he said he had to put con***** in the bottom of the pool. They used a hose to put con***** in the pool and ended up spraying it all over the steel walls (after drinking a case of twisted tea). The area where the shallow end starts to slope to the deep end has jagged edges and the grade is unlevel. The steps have jagged edges of con***** which they tried to fix with duct tape as a cover up. I asked if he was sanding those area s down but he told me the pool ***** would cover it. They scraped a lot of the con***** off the walls but not all of it. They finally started the pool ***** June 6. The deep end is not symmetrical. One side goes almost straight down, the other is at an angle. The shallow end has lumps and hills and is not even close to being flat. The steps are not level and have bumps and hills. They were supposed to be fixing it when I asked multiple times but they just keep adding pool ***** and it’s not any better. One of the steel walls is dented where the support was pulled . He tried to say it was like that when it was shipped. When I hired him, I showed where my septic is and he assured me that they would bring con***** in by wheel barrow. Instead, he had stone trucks and con***** trucks going into my yard. I have 2 different stone piles and ruts in my yard where they got stuck. He assured me the pool would be done before Memorial Day weekend. Then June 4th. I want a refund so I can hire a contractor to do it correctly.
