      I used Logan for the installation of a new furnace, air conditioner and ductless heat pump after extensive research of several local furnace/AC companies. Logan seemed to be the most responsive to all questions and provided sensible explanations for all questions during initial visit/quote by Brian. Logan also appeared to be most reasonable in price and warranty provided (10 year parts and labor). The installation from technicians Treneil and Iseah was professional and went smoothly.

      BUYER BEWARE: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent furnace and A/C replacement experience we had with Logan Services. This is directed at sales and management. Install was great. Our sales representative, Cameron Young, misled us with a classic "Bait and Switch" tactic. We spent $27,000 on two complete High Efficiency AC and Furnace systems, but what was installed did not meet our expectations. During our initial meeting, Cameron discussed the current special offer of a free accessory with the purchase of a furnace. The options presented were an Indoor Temperature Sensor, Blue Tube UV Light, or Whole House Humidifier. We discussed the Humidifier for the downstairs unit, referring to it as April Aire, which is a common term for whole house humidifiers. He never corrected us or mentioned any other products. However, after installation, we discovered that the whole house humidifier was not installed. Instead, we received an April Aire Merv-11 filter, which was never discussed as an option for the free accessory. When we contacted Cameron to address this issue, he claimed that we misunderstood the offer and refused to rectify the situation without additional charges. We also reached out to customer service, even their agent was unaware that April Aire made filters and kept asking if we were talking about the humidifiers. We had to explain the differences to them. Then after escalating to management they still insisted that we were wrong and sided with Cameron. Despite spending a significant amount of money, Logan Services failed to honor their promotion and left us feeling misled and taken advantage of. The old saying "The customer is always right" does not apply to Logan Services. We will not be doing business with them again.

      See I guess the problem is, we tried to explain our side and what the issue and confusion was but no one wanted to listen to us. Or if they did they didn't want to accept any responsibility for the confusion and left us (the customer) completely at fault. Logan Services management nor sales (Cameron *****) accepted no responsibility even after we explain everything above. Just feels like they got our money and now it doesn't matter. Just not good customer service. Not how you should treat customers.

      So the problem I have is that we didn't get what was expected and what was promised in your advertising. Now you want me to pay for it? $900 more after spending $27k? No where does it say that the filter was the promotional free item. Your advertising doesn't list it nor does the contract list it as the free promotional item. Why do we have to pay for it? It should be included in what we already purchased according to your advertising. It was your mistake not disclosing it as such and we should not be held responsible for your misinformation and confusion.

      They came out and charged the fee for inspection and quoted me almost $5k in repairs or a new furnace and a/c for 13k. Told me that my furnace was blowing out CO and was not even safe to operate. I did not have heat in my house for 3 days. Come to find out by the second company that came out I had placed my thermostat wrong by mixing up a wire (which I asked Logan’s to look at) and my furnace filter was clogged. It was fixed for $85 dollars. I definitely feel as if the tech saw I was a young aged female and took advantage of the situation. And even when he offered the furnace and air condition duo I had told him I just had my air conditioning replaced 3 years ago so I would just need a furnace and he said well it’s best to go with both and did not readjust the price.

      We contacted the Columbus Ohio, Interchange Road office for Logan AC & Heat Services. Our salesman Brian & our installers Rick & Willie were all extremely knowledgeable of the products and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. They answered all our questions, too. Our eleven year old home now has the correct sized HVAC system for the home's square footage and our entire house is the same temperature throughout! Purchased the Trane 3 ton model and it is so quiet we cannot hear it running. The team is highly skilled and their work passed the City of Columbus inspection on the first visit. The thermostat is simple to use and we love the app too! We highly recommend Logan Heating & Cooling & the Trane product.

      We would like to thank Logan technician Randy ****** for finding and fixing a problem that we had been having with our new Trane furnace. He also identified another problem and took the initiative to order a new part. We are so grateful that he was able to solve the annoying sound that had bugged us for months. We thought we could live with it but it is such a blessing to have gone.

      In early December 2023 Logan came out to service furnace for winter as they have been for probably over 10-12 years. At that time another maintenance plan was purchased for the next year. $225.00. In late December while balancing my checkbook I noticed the check had not cleared my bank. I called Logan and they said they had their money and they were satisfied. I called my bank and was told the check never cleared their system. I called Logan again and again was told THEY HAD THEIR MONEY, and that's all they were concerned about. It seems to me THEIR BANK screwed up somewhere and took $225.00 out of someone else's account by mistake and put it in Logan's account. What's disturbing is the fact they act like it's no big deal as long as the money showed up in THEIR ACCOUNT. Is this anyway to run a business?? I guess it shouldn't surprise me since over the past few years their overall service has declined. Right before Christmas 2022 when we had the cold and ice spell my furnace starting acting up. . I was told it would take 3,weeks for the replacement part. After getting online a UPS truck dropped off the part the day before Christmas. 3 weeks for part? Have heard other similar stories., and yet they talk about fully stocked service trucks. I feel sorry for whoever had $225.00 taken from their account.

      Logan Services put a new furnace and ac in our home. They failed to pull a permit prior to starting work. Permit was applied for months after the work was completed. Their installer also damaged our new ac unit by burning it and then covered the damage up with stickers and magnets.

      We purchased an air conditioning unit and heating unit, 8 yrs ago. We have been diligent in having the unit's service every six months. Approximately 2 months after our last service, it stopped working. We had a technician come out and they stated the fan was bad. But it would be covered under warranty But the service call And installation of the fan would cost us almost $500. They also stated it would take over a month to get the fan in. Now keep in mind. The weather has been incredibly humid. And in the upper eighties and low nineties. I called Several times asking why they didn't have the part on hand considering they are the ones that install the units and they are an air conditioning business. The only answer I got was, The part comes from the distributor and that's how long it takes. So not only did I have to put several members of my household in a hotel. But we purchased over $1500. Window air conditioning units to try and get the household to a manageable 73°. After my fourth phone call to them, The representative said They would send over a window air conditioning unit to try and help out, but when did it Arrived it was so old that it didn't even come Close to cooling any room in our household. The representatives were professional and I understand there's not much they can do but I will never buy from logan air conditioning again especially Since they have a parts department but apparently no parts available which is ridiculous. I will go to another company the next time. DO BETTER LOGAN.. YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER

      We used Logan’s ac and heat services to replace a 24 year old Trane heat pump and air handler. Brandon W. was our salesman and was awesome! Very informative without being pushy (everyone hates a pushy salesman) . We purchased a new Trane high efficiency system and Travis, Tyler and Wade came out to install it within a day. This group of young men were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and did great work! They had my new system up and running the same day! When they were finished they ran me through how the new system worked, cleaned up after themselves and made me one extremely happy customer! Thank you Logan’s for doing such a great job!

      Had a bad experience with Logan services. They installed a new but defective Train unit which had to be replaced a few days after installation. They installed the new unit incorrectly and wouldn’t fix it within the warranty period. I had to have a competitor come to our home to address their mistakes. I have documentation that Logan services installed the unit incorrectly. They never made it right.
