    02/23 our household was experiencing a back up into our basement through our laundry room drains. I called the city and they said their drains were flowing fine and suggested I call T&J. So I did. T&J came out 02/24 while I was at work to examine the situation. They suggested rooting, jetting, and camering our lines. So we agreed and paid them $750 for services. They claimed they found copper pipe to clay tile pipe to the cities main line. They suggested digging it out and putting in new lines for $2K and said the secretary would contact me on Monday for payment. They also didn't follow my directions of cleaning out the main line that is under our stairs. They jetted our laundry room lines according to paperwork and my husband. I contacted my normal plumber for input and he said to request the flash drive. So I did so on 03/01. She responded with their footage was corrupt and they needed to recam. On 03/03 they did so. That same night I had back up of piping into my garage. I called their line because they claimed to guarantee work for a month from original date. Nobody called me back and nobody showed up. I had to purchase a pump from Lowes to remove backup on my own. 03/06 she sent me footage from 02/16 that didn't belong to my residence although they put my address on the file. When I notified her she said she'd look into it. At this point I've lost all trust in this company and would just like a refund of all services received since my basement flooded once again in only 7 days from service and didn't provide me with correct footage of my property or jet where requested.

    After receiving a complaint from ****** ******, T&J Rooter Service called ****** and discussed her concerns. ****** agreed for T&J to come back out to her home and upon arrival, *****, one of the owners at T&J, addressed all of ******'s service needs. ***** wrote up an estimate for work that he believed needed to be done according to the issues ****** was having and wrote up an additional estimate for new water lines to the hot water tank being installed. After leaving ******'s home, ***** had the office call  ****** to confirm that everything was done to her satisfaction. On 3/27/23 ***** sent a text message to ****** and confirmed that she did not have any other issues. ****** stated that T&J Rooter Service solved all issues and thanked us for the service.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    ***** reached out personally and arrived on property. They provided services I paid for as well as the flash drive of my lines after contacting the BBB.
