    I paid in full in April. Over $300. The computer screen was never fixed/replaced. I got the run around for 5 months about the part being delayed, the computers down and having to reorder etc. none of which was true. Finally picked it back up after 5 months finding it sitting in the exact spot it was left with the phone number sticky note on it! Have called minimum of 20 times, emailed several times, reached out on LinkedIn and no refund still. Next step will be involving legal. Do not do business with this guy

While I completely understand if you choose not to use our services again, please know that we would be grateful for the opportunity to make things right so we can show you how we have changed to ensure if you used us, this experience would never happen again.Thank you for your understanding, and again, Im very sorry for the trouble weve caused.     I originally drop off my laptop to have my battery replaced on 11/3/23. I spoke with ******* and he stated it would be 89 dollars and would be fixed in a day or two. I got a call that night to run my credit card to pay for the service. At that point I was told that it would take a few extra days to get battery and finish repair. I asked ******* to speak to the manager at this point. He stated the manager wasnt in and he would have him give me a call that day. No call came in at all. So I waited until the 14th to see if my laptop was done. ****** called and spoke with ******* and he stated that the battery still hasnt come in yet. At this point I request a full refund and I would be there in 15 min to pickup my laptop. They did give me my property and a refund. However Im out 14 days and my time in the trios without my laptop.

We should have been more communicative about what was occurring behind the scenes, which was a constant delay in shipping for your part from our supplier that we were battling.
