Took my truck in to get a oil change and tires rotated. Within 2500 miles my rotors warped due to improper torque pressure on the lugs nuts. This is the 2nd time it's happened on 2 different trucks after the tire rotation. No brake issue with both trucks until tire rotation. Was told that dodge uses cheap parts was the answer I got. First truck had 12000 miles on it and 2nd truck 16000. No brake issues at all till tire rotation. Call headquarters and was told a local regional manager would be in contact. Never happened and now headquarters will not return my calls.

Took car in to get oil leak fixed, ended up costing me extra 2,600$ to get transmission rebuilt due to them breaking it by dropping it off their transmission stand. Have also shown that they aren't able to hold onto any good workers. This particular location has gone through 3 managers in the last year. I'd recommend you take your car to Carx instead where they actually fix their mistakes. Was a long time customer but after this, I will never take my car to them again.

Mr. ***** filed a lawsuit claiming we caused internal damage to the transmission on his 1989 Chevrolet Caprice. The vehicle had an unknown number of miles as the cluster had to be replaced due to failure. The transmission was confirmed to be needing rebuilt due to age and mileage by two transmission shops and the court agreed and found in our favor. We are saddened Mr. ***** feels we damaged his 34-year-old transmission when it is very clear this was simply a case of normal wear and tear and more saddened that he will no longer be a customer but we appreciate his previous loyalty.

I had the worse experience with Midas on Wooster pike store #514 on 4/26/2022. I was initially going to get my right tire rod looked at and an wheel alignment but they told me I needed my struts, my suspension, a mass air sensor (because my check engine light kept coming on) and a new battery. While they were “fixing” my car they ended up breaking a whole other sensor and my control arm but they ended up fixing it. But it’s the fact that they broke parts of my car and now my car sounds terrible. It took a total of 6 hours to fix my car because they broke things. So I went back the next day because my car wasn’t sounding right and they told me it was my sway bar link so they fixed that for free because they felt they broke that as well. But it STILL didn’t fix the noise or issue my car was having. So I went to another Midas location to see what was causing it and they said my other control arm was bad so I got that fixed and the manager told me that I had a lifetime warranty on my front struts, which the first location manger I went too NEVER told me !!! so he charged me for something I could of gotten done for free because of my warranty. Not only that today 5/20/2022 I called head quarters stating my issues and they told me they would cut me a check for charging me something they shouldn’t of charged me, but it’s the fact the manager never got back to me , he claims he has covid and he is doing what he can. How is it that a simple call I just made got me more clarity than him actually helping me. He never intended to help me ! He was just telling me things to shut me up. Midas mechanics at the Wooster pike location aren’t good at all! I wasn’t the only one having issues, it was several ppl at the store complaining and coming back about their car. Don’t go to that location! Now I am suing because my car still sounds crazy and he said he can’t fix it or even tell me what’s making the nosies.. that sounds crazy when you created the noise in the first place… terrible
