      I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me. I'll be speaking with David B***** on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. The first tech Ryan went to site to evaluate and supplied a quote to continue the evaluation. One I got an approval - Ryan refused to answer any calls for a few days., Tracie in the the office stated she would send him back out. Of course he never showed up. Tracie sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line ( of course they asked for additional money ) They were paid by Credit card in good faith for what they quoted me ( to auger and jet and camera the line and supply a flash drive ). I chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( not a flash drive but an MP3) ( It was less then 30 seconds long and instead of a video of the plumbing line I got a video of the tech who took the video with his cell phone !!. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges since they border on fraud.

      We hired Allied Plumbing and Sewer System after getting an estimate approved by our insurance claims adjuster at the end of October, 2022. Allied provided a written quote where it stated the repair would be a 2 person job plus. The repair started on Nov 9, 2022 with a single repair person. 30 feet to the inside of the house, and he started digging with a shovel, upgraded to a pickaxe, then got a bobcat. End of day 1. Day 2 single person again who got frustrated, turned off all water to the house and left for the day. Day 3, 2 people arrive and the supervisor on-site mentioned that the repair into the house was off by 5 feet and they had to run additional lines up and over to meet the original pipes inside the basement cutting through drywall. Allied was able to get the water turned back on by the end of the day. Day 4, single person came by to pick up tools, no clean up or anything else. Day 5, repair person sprayed off the dirt on the sidewalk but did not replace the border bricks or stamp down the pile of dirt they made. We ultimately did all of that ourselves last weekend. We knew that we would be responsible for final grading and reseeding. After conversations this week with Ray Connaughton, Allied stated that they are not responsible for landscaping or drywall repair. I would not recommend this company for repair work as it was shoddy and time consuming.
