08*/13/23 Allied Plumbing came and relaced the seals (toilet to floor) on two of my toilets on one of the two the plumber did not install the hold down screw into the slot far enough and after using by sitting down on the toilet the screw came out and one side was not attached and rocking when sitting on it I called them and the sane plumber came back and did the same as before. After using the toilet the same problem, the toilet was loose on one side. I called again they switched me to another employee who said he would call me back. He did not call. I called again and he sat up a appointment for 8am the next day. He did not show up. I called again . No response from them. I'm trying the BBBCustomer Answer

They were hired to unclog my super drain leading to the main line to the street while they were here **** was the plumber he got stuck in my flower bed with his van then dug ruts where he got stuck called somebody in a truck to dig them out they then dug more ruts trying to dig him out of my yard when he got out he then drove clean through the rest of my yard leaving tire tracks all the way through my front yard and multiple tire ditches inches deep I have left probably 10 calls into the business nobody returns my calls I have complained multiple times I was given ****** number to which he told me he would show up on July 8 at 2 o’clock to fix the issue five weeks after he did the damage. He did not show up on Friday at all I texted him and asked where he was and never responded I then called the office I was told somebody yet again for the 12th time would call me and nobody has called me yet my front yard is still destroyed and looks like shit.

The service tech who caused the yard damage was on a 2 week sewer line replacement job, but did return last week to fill in the ruts in the yard. We plan on returning this week or next week to smooth the areas and apply new grass seed.Business Response

We returned Aug. 25, 2022 to do additional repair to the lawn. The people who did the original repair were not aware of additional spots where repair was needed. The complaintant was present and approved the work and said that he was satisfied. Case closed.Business Response
