      ***** ***** worked with my wife and I through the qualification process and as we were house hunting while answering any and all questions we had for him. We had to work within a tight timeline once we were in contract on our home and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He clearly communicated to us what was needed on his end and kept us updated on where our mortgage was at in the process. Overall I would highly recommend!

      I worked with ***** and Lower.com to purchase my first home this year. I had my eyes set on my dream condo. Initially I was working with another broker that had my interest rates and closing costs higher than I could afford. ***** was able to get my pre-approval done same day for me to put in an offer as well as getting a lower rate, and closing costs cut in half. Also with purchasing a condo and using *** loan, ***** and her team were able to push through a single unit condo approval for an *** loan. I went into contract on 9/30 and closed in less than 30 days on 10/29 with the help of ***** and her team. Id recommend them for anyone, especially first time home buyers. Made this stressful time a breeze!

      My experience with Lower was quick and easy. My loan officer, one ******* ****, was fantastic throughout the entire process. As soon as I entered contract on my home the entire process seemed to take care of itself - no doubt thanks to ********* work.       Ive zero clue what company these other reviewers are discussing because I would have actually been lost with ***** ***** at Lower. Other mortgage companies never even bothered getting back to me and somehow still send me spam emails. ***** went above and beyond and STILL DOES! He reaches out on holidays and every time theres even a hint that rates are going down. *** had my insurance broker for over a decade and I call her my insurance guru. I never knew there were mortgage gurus until I met *****. Now I have a mortgage guy for life Every single detail was explained to me. All the financials worked and reworked at the drop of a dime when I asked. We could have closed in under a week thanks to my agent and *****. I love recommended him quite a few times and will continue doing so!
