We had our bathroom remodled in 2022. We wanted to wait to leave a review until we saw how everything held up after daily use. It been two years and we haven't had any issues with our new bathtub and shower. It's still as beautiful as the day it was installed. We are very pleased with the way the showerhead, faucet and shelves have maintained there functionality and beauty without and issues. We have recommended this company to friends, family and even our neighbors and will continue to do so. We love our bathroom!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH DOING A HOME REMODELING JOB.Where do I start. They told me the job would be 2 -3 days tops. They started July 8th and it still isn't done today Aug 17. July 8,A crew ****** showed up to start process. I was told that the balance of the contract had to be paid before they started., so I wrote a check. The tearout of the old shower removal & cut down full wall to 1/2 wall. There was a 12" x 12" hole knocked in my walk in closet. Said they would get around to it.July 9 , no crew available to work.July 10, A new crew (Pert) arrived to start the install process. This is the 2nd crew. I asked if they had installed 1 of these shower bases and they said no. They installed the shower base and worked on the 1/2 wall, installed a T trap for the shower base, installed the new plumbing on a new wall. Asked about the ceiling hole for the wall removal & walk-in closet.July 11, a different crew (*****) arrived to take over. This is the 3rd crew. I brought it up about the base looks installed wrong, the center drain/mixing valve were both offset to the left of center 8-9 inches. The entire plumbing job was definitely a novice job and quite messy. The ** was called and the base had to be removed, which broke - so a new one was ordered. It was discovered that the installers had never installed this style of base before and installed it 90 deg. off. Which they cut a section of the 2 x 10 floor joist, a 5" x 5" section which is against IRC code *****. This states that only D/6 max. of a cut, approx. 1..5"-2.0". So the Base was taken back up. Asked about the ceiling and walk in closet.July 12, ******* crew showed up and didn't like the 1/2 wall and it was cut too short by the first crew., so they rebuild the 1/2 wall. They also replace the shower base with a new base. Install plywood on the walls. Install T Trap in the correct direction with the base installed correctly. Still having issues and still no shower, CODE violations.Baths R Us

Thank you for reaching out! The job is not currently finished. Once the job is completed the job will be completed with inspections to ensure the work i completed within code. The city and and our licensed plumber are scheduled next week for inspections.Review fromMaribeth D

I am very pleased with the work that **** and ****** did on my bathroom. It looks amazing. They were professional, kind very polite. My only regret is that I didnt have another bathroom for them to do. The price was half of what other companies were charging. in construction There is going to be a risk of damage, and mine was very minimal not enough to complain about. I will, and do recommend them to friends and family. They did an outstanding job. they even put in a new floor and a new vanity for a very fair price I could not be more pleased.Baths R Us

4 starsWe just had a bathroom remodeled. The workers were very pleasant and hard-working. The finished product is outstanding! We love how it came out! The only problem we had was a persistent water leak in a new copper pipe fitting. The lead installer was very persistent and worked tirelessly to get it fixed including staying overtime until nearly 8:00 pm. The company will send someone to fix the hole in the kitchen ceiling that was cut to determine the source of the leak.Review fromRay P
