This company is amazing! Install was super fast and my shower looks beautiful! Im so happy I decided to go with a local company, the communication was spot on, and they kept their word on everything we talked about! I highly recommend!

5 starsI had my bathroom remodeled taking out the bathtub and installing a walk in shower. I am very happy with the result. It took 3 days for my bathroom remodel and the installers were great and answered my questions. Love my new vanity and floor and would recommend Baths R Us. ******* **Review fromLiane R

2 starsOn Nov 14th 2024 the day of my bathroom completion was informed by the installers the company was offering a promotion for a 15% rebate. All I had to do was scan the code they gave me and write a review which I did while they were there. Wrote the company but never got a response. I guess this was a lie to get you to write a review. I don't know if the installers knew this or not. Shame on the company for not following thru with this. Warning to anyone else this is told to. Don't believe it. The installers were very personable individuals and did excellent work.Update on 12/28/24 since original post was done right after completion (had not even used the shower) and was told I would get a 15% refund/rebate by installer by writing a review. Would have been about $1800.00.But this was false and deceptive. Was also informed I could get a shave bar installed, but that did not happen either. Called to discuss these issues and also water pooling on base. Return call took about a week and left voice message. Called again and never got a return call back. Terrible customer service!!!Baths R Us

We had our shower installed by ** and **** a couple weeks ago. My wife and I had research several options and decided that Baths R Us was the way to go. We are sooooooo glad we did! I is well above and beyond what we had hoped for. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Would highly recommend to anyone!Baths R Us
