      2 Years of Data Recovery I called Secure Data Recovery after being referred to them by the owner of the computer company that custom built my Computer. I was frantic. I had a 2 terrabite hhd hard drive with about 2 years worth of work on it. This was critical for me. I didn''t think about the possibility of my external hard drive failing. I spoke with Scott McMacken. He was calm and very professional right from the beginning. He helped me to be calm... I was extremely concerned. 2 years worth of work could have really hurt my business. I said my prayers. Scott walked me through everything... step by step. I am incredibly grateful to Scott and Secure Data Recovery. They were able to recover everything perfectly. They were very fast and very thorough. I would recommend Secure Data Recovery to any business owner who needs critical data recovery. Once you talk with them and they walk you through everything you will realize this is an incredibly professional organization. Thank you for helping me... you saved me in more ways than you know.       Professional and fast! If you have a hard drive that won't mount, I highly recommend reaching out to this company. They were able to recover my files within a week. A true lifesaver!

      Eric at Secure DATA was very helpful at negotiating our Data Recovery price. It wound up costing us half what was quoted elsewhere. He also sent out mailing labels to get the drives shipped and turned our DATA recovery around in just 4 days. Honestly Eric did a great job for us and he will do a great job for you!

      I'm glad they were able to retrieve all my information. However the best part of the whole experience was having Elliot explaining to me every step of the way what was happening. Almost everything today is so impersonal and confusing. Again, Elliot made the whole process understandable. Hopefully I will not need services like this again; but if I do I will use this company and ask personally for Elliot

      I Highly reccommend their services. I was scared I had lost everything from pictures to documents for 11 plus years when my usb broke off my external hard drive. Secure Data Recovery Services was able to recover everything. Elliot was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. There is a price that goes with it, but, in my eyes it is well worth it! I would not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises!

      Overall great experience. They were able to retrieve all my data and files from a corrupted external media. And my account representative Elliot did an amazing work. Although, I found the price a bit expensive.

      I was shocked to discover that all my family's photos and videos were wiped clear one day when I went to access my WD external hard drive. Nothing of note seemed to have caused it although it was gone nonetheless. We were further discouraged after hearing from some family and friends who went through similar experiences and paid money but ultimately were told their files could not be recovered. We directed search for a business that had proven results and didn't require payment if they couldn't recover your files. Secure Data Recovery Services was just that business. Although the service came with a price tag, my service rep Randall provided excellent service from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this service if you want to be sure of getting results.
