      We are a MSP located in Huntsville, TX. One of our clients had a portable hard drive that failed. We sent to Secure Data and they were able to recover the data at a reasonable price. Our customer is very happy as the drive contained family photos and other information that is irreplaceable. We have been working with Secure Data for several years now and their services are excellent and competitive with other data recovery centers.

      My sons iPhone shut down and went into a boot loop after getting wet. After much online research and a trip to the Apple store, it seemed his data might be gone. I called several data recovery service providers and received multiple quotes. *** at Secure Data Recovery was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and thus instilled confidence. In roughly 2 weeks, they were able to perform a full data recovery and I received everything on a new external HD. As a bonus, the price came in on the lower end of the quoted range. Im sure thats not the case for everyone, but it sure made me a happy customer. I hope you never need a data ********************** service, but if you do, I highly recommend Secure Data Recovery!

      After emptying my pockets before going for a swim in the *********, my ******* Galaxy S10+ jumped back in my pocket. It was completely submerged for several minutes. Needless to say saltwater is not good for circuit boards. A local repair shop treated it and tried a few things but it was fried. I searched for a great reputable Data Recovery company that works on mobile phones with water damage, as you can imagine it takes some specialized work. *** had a reasonable quote, excellent customer service, fast shipping and fully recovered all data from the phone. ****** learned: Backup my photos, etc..!       So this dead drive with a lot of family videos, photos as well as a bunch of financial and work files has been sitting on my desk for many months. Finally, I said to myself, gee this really is stuff that I should retrieve. So I did a online search and found Secure Data and contacted them through their website. I would say they are extremely professional, Eric F. got back to me right away, kept me very much informed throughout the (fast) process, and was just very easy to work with. I just got the brand new external drive; they were able to retrieve 100% of my files and I am good to go. They shipped the drive using FedEx and emailed me a code to enter to unlock the drive. As I mentioned, very careful and a lot of attention to detail. So thank you very much and I am a very satisfied customer.
