      i tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and surprise, they aren't accredited. I'm not surprised because they aren't a better business. I have had to work with this company for almost the past year on behalf of my deceased brother. I have found them to be rude and frankly fraudulent. I closed the account effective 9/2 and am now told that I have to pay for service through 9/10 because they don't read meters outside their normal frequency. I wasn't told when I closed the account that I would be paying for someone else's service for several days. The bill is more than double what it has been. I'm not sure this is legal and will be looking into it.

      ***WOULD GIVE 0 OUT OF 5 IF I COULD*** We got a bill last month of 340$!!!!!!!! We had THREE plumbers come out to make sure we didn’t have any leaks. No leaks were detected. We contacted them & told them our situation. They said the manager was gonna call they never did so we never paid our bill. We got a disconnect notice so we were forced to pay our bill. This month our bill was 130$ with no new changes. I just now recently called them and spoke to Austin. He was super rude & doesn’t know how to handle his customers. They can’t explain anything. They are ripping people off & taking their money!

      Got a past new notice after a shut off was already sent to my house. Called to get an explanation and the women blamed it on the post office. After saying they sent the notices on the 1st I paid on the 2nd to keep my water on. The woman then proceeded to get an attute with me over the bill discrepancy.

      This company deserves a negative 5 stars. They are absolutely horrible. They installed a meter under our trailer without telling us they were doing it. We had already hear taped and prepared for winter. They decided to come and ripe heat tape off, break the siding, install a meter (didn’t put the heat tape back on) and still left us no notice. Cold weather comes and we wonder why our water pipes are frozen…. It’s because the heat tape was ripped off and just laying on the ground. Tried calling to talk to them and they were beyond rude. Screamed at me and said it’s not there problem and they don’t care. They deserve to be shut down.

      I really hate these people . They over charge me . They told me they mailed me a paper stating they were taking over and that was a lie . I swear I do not recommend them at all they are horrible and I’m getting me a lawyer

      This company is making themselves out to be bogus. We paid $637 on our water as they asked and they said last week that our water will be turned on October 5th well we went to check if itwas on and it was still off so we called them back they said all their technicians are out of state well we all go to bed and pass out wake up in the morning call the water company they say we sent a technician out last night to turn your water on I said we were all asleep why wait until night time to turn the water on. They said we can have your water turned on Monday here Monday is no water yet paid them all their money we owed them so my boyfriend calls them and the company employee cusses at my boyfriend.

      5 star metering suck. My bill has gone up every month. No changes. No leak. But only get excuses. Tell me the water leak here. That is not mine. Has nothing to do with my bill. But is next door to me. And there water bill is less then mine. But they also have more living there. Tired of getting the run around. They are just theives.

      This company is a complete joke. I called them about our water which we been without water for three months now and they told us it keeps going up because of late fees and amend fees where they come out and check the lines, but we have been trying to ask for help from several people and we can't get the help. Our landlord took us to court for the water bill which is bs!!! Now we have until October 4th to get our $609.67 paid off or we get evicted and the the new owners Management everyone should know which one is trying to make it difficult for everyone.

      I give this couple ZERO out of 5 stars. I only gave them one because I had to. You can not call and talk to them on the phone about any questions or they will tell you you’re wrong, raise their voices, and even hang up on you. My mobile home community switched landlords a few years ago and they had the idea to put meters on our homes while we weren’t there and charge us for our well water. Since then, it has been nothing but problems. Each month whether we use the same amount of water or less, our bill is inconsistent. When trying to pay that bill they do not let you use any form of payment other than their online system. I got in one dispute with them and since then I haven’t been able to access my online account and they say it’s non-existing. I decided to try and pay as guest and that worked twice. Now, they are saying my debit card information is not correct and I have no other way of paying my bill. Beings I’m in PA and their company is based in OH it’s hard to speak with them and get a clear answer. If it isn’t their way it’s no way with them. All I want to do is be able to pay my bill and not have my water turned off.
