1 starI tried to return a battery that stopped working after 1 hour, but the saleswomen kept interrupting me and kept getting defensive. They told me it doesn't work more than 1 hour if you use heating and a humidifier, but nowhere on their website or their manual does it say that. It shows that it cuts the time by 2/3rds (bringing it down to 10 hours), not down to 1 hour. I have Covid-19 and they hung up on me and refused to talk to me.Review fromBecky H

5 starsI've been very happy with the service provided by 1800CPAP. I've mainly ordered new hoses, masks and filters. Prices are fair and delivery is always quick. Great company! Worked with a few people but mostly a man named ******* *. It was so easy to submit my mom's CPAP (**********) to them. Very upfront as to expectations for machine condition and I got the full amount on the quote. I dealt with some other resellers briefly trying to shop around for reputable resellers and 1800CPAP was by far the most professional, up front and responsive.Highly Recommend!1800CPAP.com
