      Craig Tax Services Management, This letter to formally express my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding the services I received from your company for the preparation of my 2021 taxes. Despite choosing your company for its purported professionalism and expertise, my experience has been fraught with uncooperative behavior and a lack of responsiveness that has not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my financial and legal standing. From the outset, my attempts to communicate with your team for updates and clarifications were repeatedly met with delays and, in some instances, complete silence. This lack of communication became particularly distressing as important tax deadlines approached, leaving me uncertain about my financial obligations and potential penalties. Furthermore, the uncooperative attitude exhibited by your staff, when they did respond, was both unprofessional and counterproductive, significantly hindering the process rather than facilitating a smooth resolution. It is disheartening that I had to consider legal advice for a service that should have been straightforward and stress-free. I urge you to address these concerns within 7-10 business days of receiving this letter. I expect a detailed explanation of how you intend to rectify this situation to my satisfaction. This should include, but not be limited to a refund or a discount on the services rendered and a commitment to improving communication and customer service protocols to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. DO NOT USE MICHAEL CRAIGS TAX SERVICE! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!! This was my 2021 taxes that was audited
