      Went in on 03/13/2024 for tax preparations. Taxes were prepared by ***** Tax Services. Upon my return home (less than 30 minutes) I notice ***** Tax services failed to enter all of my income and another line item was incorrect. I immediately drove back to the office. ***** had already left to go to his other location. I told the receptionist the problem. Left them my contact number and I was told ******* ***** would call me back. Did not receive a call back. My husband and I called at least two times a week each with no response. Left several messages and voicemails. I advised on my voicemail I was concern that 04/15/2024 would come and go with no resolution. After about the third week ***** called my husband back and said he would call us when he was ready. He gave my husband no date. A/O today no word back from Craig's Tax Services. The receptionist told us that ******* ***** schedules his own appts. and they could not. We've checked with the IRS and there have been no taxes filed. However, our check for $275.00 was cased immediately.

      My apologies were extended to Mrs. ******. We have been in conversation and resolutions to her complaint have been addressed and hopefully resolved to her satisfaction. I heard clearly her concerns and addressed them. Hopefully, this will not arise again. If it does, I am aware of her profile and expectations.
