    NO NO NO. Work is c*** Prices are insane. Just dont put yourself through what I went through trying to get things corrected is almost impossible. They liked to be paid before the job and then leave or dont show up and leave you hanging because they do not have their own funds to hire contractors. Then nobody gets paid and youre stuck in the middle of it. Just no. Stay away and save yourself a lot of headache. Seriously.

    PLEASE BEWARE!!! this is a terrible company, I purchased on order back in January 2023. This company charged me $7,786 and never sent me anything; when I called them they said they have no record of my transaction. I had to send them documents from my bank to show the transaction had been debited from my account; then they gave me a nonsense apology about their systems being upgraded; two months later I still haven't received what I ordered, they tell me they shipped it to me but have no proof! this is ridiculous, I asked them for a full refund and they denied it. This company and its owners it'd fraudulent, please do your own homework and beware of these scammers!!!

    "Hello Customer, Although what was said in this review has been admitted as false by you (via email correspondence on 04/07/2023: "The bad review was a desperate call for attention since communication had utterly failed with your company; I did mention that to you in our conversation. The review is not completely factual, I agree it is misleading and vague. I will be happy to remove/rectify it once we get this issue resolved in the fastest way possible."), we are very sorry to hear about the true incident with your grinder which you emailed about in detail on 04/04/2023 ("A year ago, March 3rd, 2022 we purchased a machine from this company with the help of [redacted] in the sales department. After having it for 5 months the machine stopped working and we began having issues with it."). Rest assured that we take these matters very seriously. As you stated in your April 4th email, it appears that throughout this entire process from that time there have been several breakdowns in communication. We would love to make this situation right and get the machine back up and running as quickly as possible. The Wolfpack warranty will surely cover all repair costs for the machine. As stated in the warranty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to our facility and we will pay to have it shipped back. Due to this inconvenience we would like to schedule a pickup of the machine as soon as possible and pay for the shipping both ways 100%. Your machine will be our number one priority and we will be able to have it repaired and shipped back to you within 1 week of receiving the machine.
