    Around the beginning of 2023 I purchased a propane grinder from the company using their financing. After the first payment I started being charged multiple hidden fees with no answers why. Fast forward a couple months I was on a job 2 hrs away and this seemingly brand new machine shredded a belt on me with less than 10 hrs on it. I had brought it to my reps attention multiple times that the machine wasnt running right prior. fast forward to oct 25 of 2023 I was over 3 hrs away working on a floor and the control panel went out yet again and the machine still hadnt reached 10 hrs. I contacted ez concrete about the isssue and that it needed fixed asap. It took them over a month to pick the machine up after multiple calls and texts with promises of calling me right back, I never received one call back. Ive been without a machine for 6 weeks now and have been having to rent and ****** grinders just to get thru my jobs all while makeing an almost 900 a month payment on the machine.

    We have been working with the customer to fix the issues he has had with his grinder. The grinder has been repaired and is ready to be returned. We have offered multiple ways to reconcile this for him but with his lack of communication it has been hard. Concerning the financing, we work with multiple different finance companies and the terms and conditions are laid out in the agreement made between the customer and the financer, that is outside of our control. We would be happy to assist the client in getting his issue resolved when we hear back from him and get more information to be able to either move forward on our end or help steer him in a better direction with the financer.

    EZ Concrete Supply is to be considered a non-reliable company. A year ago, March 3rd, 2022 we purchased a machine from this company with the help from ****** ****** in the sales department. After having it for 5 months the machine stopped working and we began having issues with it. We reached out to this company for the repairs on September 13th of 2022 and it took them until November 8th to get us paperwork to have it picked up and to get it repaired this time. We waited a few weeks to get the machine back from them after the repair. Once we got the machine back on December 14th, 2022 it still did not work, and we packed it to be sent for another repair on January 4th, 2023. Meanwhile we have had to rent machines to replace this broken down machine and have not asked for compensation. We reached out again on January 20th, 2023 to get a replacement or a refund. After having dealt with ****** for this time ******* was able to step in and give us a reply to our questions. ******* is in the customer service department. The company claims they can only cover warranty work and needed the address again that we wanted it picked up from. We inquired again if we will get a refund or a new machine. We reached out one last time for our refund on March 21st and we have had no replies since February 1st, 2023. This company's machines and customer service are severely lacking and do not deserve your business.

The review is not completely factual, I agree it is misleading and vague. I will be happy to remove/rectify it once we get this issue resolved in the fastest way possible."), we are very sorry to hear about the true incident withyour grinder which you emailed about in detail on 04/04/2023 ("A year ago, March 3rd, 2022

     Rest assured that we take these matters very seriously. As you stated in your email, it appears that throughout this entire process from that time there have been several breakdowns in communication. We would love to make this situation right and get the machine back up and running as quickly as possible. The ******** warranty will surely cover all repair costs for the machine. As stated in the warranty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to our facility and we will pay to have it shipped back. Due to this inconvenience we would like to schedule a pickup of the machine as soon as possible and pay for the shipping both ways 100%. Your machine will be our number one priority and we will be able to have it repaired and shipped back to you within 1 week of receiving the machine.
