    I recently needed to get my Stihl FS 250 serviced and had an outstanding experience at Dittmar Sales &Service. Initially, I was told it could take up to six months to have it serviced, and they suggested that it might be easier for them to order me the parts to do it myself. However, when I explained the issue and mentioned that I couldn’t get the blade off, the technician offered to take a quick look. In no time, he managed to remove the blade and discovered that the gear was stripped. Fortunately, they had all the necessary parts in stock. Despite the busy atmosphere and multitasking with phone calls (and probably eating his breakfast), the technician managed to fix my trimmer in less than 30 minutes. The team at Dittmar is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and very efficient, even during busy times. With a bit of patience, you'll receive excellent service. I am extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend them for any Stihl product needs. I also ended up purchasing a FS 40 to use around the property for small jobs and my wife to use around her garden. I like the Stihl products in general.

    The alleged owner **** Dittmar turned an initial bad experience at the store into an even worse experience by attempting to charge a FFL transfer fee instead of sending item back to online vendor when requested due to bad service at the store. In addition, he attempted to harass me at the store when going back to Troy and pay imposed fee because he did not like an accurate Google review given about the situation. He name called and conducted himself in ways I’ve never seen a business owner do before. It’s highly unbelievable!*

    Hi should I address you by ***** or Deputy ******? I want to start by making sure we both understand that just because you’re a local deputy sheriff doesn’t make you more important. The sheriff station has an account with us and I have 15-20 deputies that I personally deal with. Never once have I had any of them act, talk or be disrespectful the way you were to my employee while other people were in the store. You aren’t above the law or consequences. So with knowing that when you say we have the worst attitude towards customers. Did you feel that way before or after making ********** slurs towards my manager and i when we are both are married with babies? The ATF would have a field day if I showed them the screenshot of your review on google stating you took firearms off book from your old ffl. I could only imagine what the sheriffs department would think about the video-audio of the whole situation. Now *****, with how small of a town we live in did you really think acting as you did, then trying to blame us for your behavior would actually work? I know you’re probably going to take this down just like the Google one, so I won’t push it any further right now but if you continue to waste my time with lies I will gladly play my hand.
