    Date: 8/4/2022 Paid $ 93.89 Before placing my order for a mower battery I ask the clerk if I could return the item for full refund if it did not work with my mower. The clerk said, yes you can. I want to return the battery (it is new and unused) for a full refund. The manager has been rude and refuses to accept the return and provide me a full refund of $93.89

    Sorry there is not and never has been any returns on electrical items of any kind. The only return option there is is for warranty purposes if it goes bad and that is conducted through the manufacturer not us. Sorry if you were confused but It is posted in 3 locations within the store and has been policy for over 30 years. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: Once again there was NO mention of no returns of electrical items.  You have still not addressed the fact that when I ordered the battery, over the phone, I specifically ask if I could return the battery if it did not work with my mower and the answer I received from the clerk was YES.  Then when I wanted to return it you got huffy with me and said NO ONE in this shop would say you could return the battery if it did not work out.  I WANT to return the battery and receive a FULL refund.
