      I am a senior and a veteran living on a fixed income . Got a verbal quote of $440.00 to remove a small tree. When the invoice came the price was $474.10 after they added taxes. After I left a bad review, I got a call saying they would get it fixed. They sent me a credit memo. I don't plan on using this company again there credit won't pay my other bills.

      WOW,what a great team. Thank you very much, from beginning to the end. ******* answering the phone, very polite and helful. *****, knowledgeable arborist, he instantly gave the most reasonable price to cut down seven trees but with outstanding work.The Crew - ***** and *****.Friendly, professional, oustanding work, knowledgeable, careful, cleaned up the mess. This whole team is nothing but the Best and certainly highly recommended

      No bad review here! I called *** at Davey Tree this morning. She said ***** could come out Friday to assess our sick tree which was great. ***** went out that same day! He called me and gave great advice on how to help our tree. And there was NO CHARGE! They were so kind and helpful! I will call them again for fertilization! Thankyou Davey Tree! You guys are awesome!

      Davey tree in ************, ** just left. I hired them to spray my crab apple tree for apple s*** Over $300 and 3 sprays later, my tree has the fungus. No warranty! Nothing!! What a rip off!! I'm out all that money and my tree is sick. Do not hire this company!!!

      Davey Tree planted a new $750 tree in our front yard with a 1 year warranty. They told us that the best time to plant was October. Doing some research, turns out this is the wrong time to plant a tree.May the next year comes around and the tree looks bad. We call the office and they tell us "you need to wait, it's still a new tree." Thinking surely they'll be lenient on warranty given the late in the season planting, we wait.May comes around this year (1 year 6 months from planting) and the tree is dead as a dead can be with cracks and weird sprouts coming out of it. We call Davey only to find out were out of warranty! too bad! We kindly spoke to both the Arborist and Assistant manager, both expressed that no matter what, the 1 year warranty is it.Davey uses the late planting time to shave 7 months off their warranty time.

      Davey Tree of ******** came and cut my neighbors large tree. After cutting the large tree, they advised me that they would temporarily place the large log on the ************ in front of my residence and it will be removed today. Well after they completed, they left without removing the logs. I called the main office in Wheeling, ** and they said they will not remove it until next week because they do not have the time until then. I said it will ruin the lawn.Their rude response was that it is city property and they have the right to leave it there. I said we as homeowners are responsible for the upkeeping of that area if the lawn gets damaged. All they say was they have the right to leave it there.I called public works of the village and they said they should have it picked up quicker. If they do not to call back the village and they will call them. Just wanted to let people know if they leave logs on your lawn, be sure they remove it at that time of the tree cutting.Good luck for any one using this company.

      Davey tree is supposed to notify me before they enter on my private property. This is the third time in a row I have not received any notification and they're on my property!!! Again, this is private property!!!!! I'm putting a lock on ******** so you have to notify me to unlock it for you. North county Davy tree does not follow through on what they say they're going to do. I do not like strange men on my property when I am home alone I'm supposed to be notified so I can have somebody here and I don't have to be here with strange men on my property!!! Calling and requesting to be notified does not work this has been going on for literally years!!!!! I think the lock on ******** is the only solution. I'm just livid
