      ZERO stars! They are completely inconsiderate and unprofessional!! This company does not give any notice to residents! They block driveways. They block cars. They park nexts to cars and damage cars! They park too close to homes, within inches to houses and apartments. The wood chipper truck was parked right next to my living room window!!! They are supposed to park on the street NOT next to someones home!

      They came to the house at the exact time quoted and did an excellent job. All the workers were great. The price was fair and they cleaned up when they were done

      I would leave zero stars if it were an option. When they pruned our Leyland Cypress for line clearance Davey Tree left material that they had cut behind (in our tree) that blew out and broke our windshield. I filed an insurance claim and the adjuster has stopped responding to me.

      Very disappointed. Made an appointment with ********************* ago to come today to discuss additional work. (We had 19 Norway Spruce trees planted in the fall to the tune of $10,000 plus). Called to verify this morning. He was "sorry," but he just found out last night that he has a seminar TODAY and was going to call and reschedule. It's 10:30 a.m., and our appointment was at 11:00 a.m. One of the things we needed to discuss was a few of the 19 trees are crooked. Needless to say, we won't be using Davey Tree again.

      I had one tree cut down in backyard and they charged me 4 thousand dollars. They were here 45 minutes and did not even haul anything away. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. They even charged tax. I am so sorry for ever using this company.

      We are building our home and hired Davey for an arborist survey report to be submitted to the city office to evaluate the fine for cutting some trees since our land has too many of them. But if you want to build you home, please do not use Davey. They don't just state that Tree A is landmark or not, they go ahead and say in the report - Tree A should never be cut! That is a decision for the city office and not for them to direct in a survey report.Additionally, on talking to them, the arborist suggests to reduce the house sq ft from **** sqft to **** sgft saying that he lives in **** sqft. What kind of suggestion to the customer is that?If customer's work is not important ******************************************* can rather be an NGO instead of a for-profit company. I had to go with a different Arborist company later who gave a neutral report and then the city decided some fines payment and we were able to proceed. Wasted $1650 on Davey!

      My neighbor had them trim trees today and they would work for a minute or two then break for half hour and then do a little more.When they left there were numerous branches .twigs and leaves which then blew into my front and back yards
