    Had to call customer service as website did not allow ordering 2 items at once. I was told the items came from different places and had to be ordered separately...so that would be 2 different shipping costs as they cannot be combined. They also charge a 'one-time transaction fee' but it was showing up on each item that I tried to order. I finally decided to just give a donation instead of getting 2 gifts. I would rate the website a '2'. In this age of online ordering, this site is definitely way behind.

    Due to the nature of our business, we offer many different product lines that are supplied and shipped by various partner companies. For this reason, a customer may need to visit separate storefronts in order to view or select from the variety of product lines a school may be offering during their program. Each of these individual companies has different modes of delivery and fulfillment of orders, which is why the option to combine items across product lines isn't available. The transaction fee is a one-time fee charged to each purchasing customer, identified for future purchases via the customer's email address. If the fee were to be charged more than once for any particular reason, customers may contact our customer service team for assistance in refunding the additional charge. Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, EST, through our support page: support.funderworks.com.
