    I made an online purchase with funderworks, for a school fundraising event. I paid for my order using my bank debit card. Funderworks was paid $160.84 I had to cancel my order because I input it incorrectly. I called them which they cancelled the order and said I would receive a refund. I requested the refund approximately 9-6-24. I have made 3 other phone calls to them, which they tell me my refund was processed, however, as of today it still does not show up in my bank account. Per our last telephone call they promised me the funds should be back in my bank account on 9-17-24. Today I called them again and they tell me the refund was processed on 9-10-24. It still have not been received; i even called my bank

    Funderworks did a fundraiser for my daughter's school. I ordered a magazine for my child on 9/29/23. I still haven't received it and they keep giving me the runaround that it takes so many weeks. This is ridiculous. At this point I want my money back and an apology. I probably have over 20 emails with excuses from "****************" from customer service. On their website they say they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Please help!!!

    We regret that this customer is frustrated. The circumstances surrounding this issue were out of our control. We attempted multiple times to resolve this issue for the customer, to no avail. We have requested a refund for this customer. The customer has been notified of this and the timeframe for receiving the refund.
