  I can actually breath now, without experiencing the incredible anxiety I was living with every day. The individual I worked with was very personable as well as professional. I appreciate how respectful he was, and I never felt judged. He took as much time as as needed, and was encouraging. I am grateful for the time and attention given to me, and I am just completely relieved...the pressure I felt daily, worrying about my financial disaster, was almost too much. Thank you.

  I started my program at the start of CV19. I had to believe I would finish it and I did. I did because of the great customer ********************** I received! Also, the auto pays were like "set it and forget it." When I did have issues, I called and receive outstanding customer **********************. It was a struggle at times.   I recently had a disappointing experience with Apprisen due to a misunderstanding regarding the initial and monthly payment amounts. When I attempted to clarify the issue with an intake representative, her response was unprofessional—she raised her voice, spoke down to me, and was condescending about my financial situation. After several minutes, she seemed to recognize that her tone was inappropriate. While I acknowledge that the misunderstanding was on my part, the way I was spoken to made it clear that this is not the right company for me. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential in any client interaction, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard.

  Apprisen is THE non-profit company that you need to contact if you have an overwhelming financial hardship with credit card debt. It almost seems too good to be true but it isn't. I contacted them less than a week ago and am now on a debt management program where I'll be saving tens of thousands in interest due to Apprisen assisting with lowering my credit card payments and interest rates. I will be debt free in 4.5 years vs decades of minimum payments. Sign up online or call, you will feel a sense of relief immediately once you are presented with a plan that will change your financial health. ******** is my debt management counselor and she is amazing!   Great program that helped reduce our interest rates with our creditors to allow us to pay off our debt in a reasonable manner. In just a few years we paid off over ********* in debt and Apprisen handled the payments with our creditors so we just had to expect a single withdraw per month. As the plan tapered down they were also flexible in allowing us to lower our payments if we needed more fubds in a difficult month with quick and easy phone calls. I highly recommend Apprisen to anyone drowning in credit card debt.
